nice video! found myself randomly bopping lol. i was wondering, when progressing over an obstacle like a rail to a drop, what's the best means of going through it? personal experience tells me to do a lazy vault or turn vault, but not monkey because i clipped my feet one time and almost got a faceful of concrete. was lucky to get away with really really sore ankles and arm socket lol
yes lazy vault or turn vault to drop would be ideal. Monkey over could be quicker but more impact. As individuals we move the way that is efficient to ourselfs.
AW... I want a pet just like that.. can I mammie can I ... !!! :D I want a monkey just like zeno (A) :D:D:D
haha nah just kidding man :P nice vid ;) probobly my 3th comment on this one *I guess* ... but still as its a pretty old vid alreddy XD still looks really monkey like.. so meaning good parkour :D
Nike Free's are excellent shoes, yes they dont last long, and can be dangerous on uneven ground, but the lightness, flexible and sensivity are amazing.
Kelenji's and Nike Darts are probably the best and most widely used by Traceurs.
Hi, Im studying at Strathclyde university. Do you know if thier are any Classes that run in glasgow for beginners looking to learn parkour. I mainly want to learn it for the fitness side as i like to have something to focus on rather than just going to gym.
send zeno a PM.. maybe he will respond.. and mostly train like zeno does in his conditioning vids ;) (train push/sit ups at home ;)) internet says how to do propper and correct push ups/sit ups so..
I'd love to see a more "practical" video from you, maybe a REAL route from a to be in fastest time, and a time lapsed training session in one area? good stuff dude
wow zeno first of all your strength seems to just grow and grow every video i see you in, your movements are strong and flowfull and every thing else is top notch, great climbs and muscle ups and just brilliant flow keep up the training
check out my new video? some constructive critism would be nice mate :)
Edinburgh is a great city for Parkour, with such places as Bristol Square, Chessels land etc. Check out the ED PK Edinburgh Parkour website (google it).
There are some clips of Edinburgh in my older videos.
hey, me an my mate chippy are heading up from newcastle to glasgow on the 26th- 28th of this month. do u know if any1 will be around and willing to train?
Hey Tom, To be honest we will likely be training with Malik Diouf and Charles Perriere (who where part of the original Yamakasi) in Glasgow, also there will be a performance and workshops involving these guys at Glasgow Merchant Festival 27th-28th.
If you guys are defo coming up check our glasgow parkour website and forums for info and contact. (google glasgow parkour)
Please be aware this is an arts, music, dance, literature, theatre etc type of festival and not soley a Parkour/A.D.D seminar for the PK masses.
The guys of "Gravity Style" are performing, not us. We are only helping in promoting their show and workshops (which are likely for beginners and educating the public). Were going along to see their work and hopefully teachings, if they have the time. :)
Just Amazed by how far you have come and It's been a great journey for you..Watching you do what you do for so long and training, getting better within time has been great.. Keep it up and don't fall bro..
Again awesome ! Still i wish we would have these kind of spots here in Lithuania ... still i train with what i can... people say im an idiot for doing this ... i dont care :) Parkour For EVER!
I see the Arts and Crafts movement is still alive in Glascow although nowadays we better call it Arts and SKILLS movement with not Macintosh being leader in it but you guys. Keep it up.
oh my god i got no idea what the cops could do in achase with you guys LOL . just amazinggg . btw is it possible to progress to a muscle up without having a bar? the cloest thing i have is like my old skool which is like a 20min walk away and half the time its occupied with lil kids playing on it so yeah thanks in advance
as usual Zeno and BJ, I liked the intensity, the speed, the spatial awareness, the strength/power applied and the balls to do this. I couldn't tell who climbed the scaffolding-Zeno I think, so smooth. That's vertical man! Amazing lads. Parkour has certainly changed my approach to fitness and the outdoors. TY.
on watching it a few times im still amazed, although did notice there's a bi of twinkle toes every now and then from Zeno. maybe try to work on being a little bit more comfortable/confident in your movement and the twinkle toes will dissappear!!!
I like the black and white camera work. using B&W makes you focus on things like shape, form and movement rather than be distracted by the colours, much like in B&W photography.
Really nice video btw guys, love seeing Zeno bolt away from something, reminding us all that he is still practicing escape as well as movement! :) x
how about u changin your name? into useless movement.. O no wait.. USELESS MORAN! if u think parkour is dangerous.. get ur head checked man.. free running is dangerous.. parkour is ALL about KNOWING your limits and HARD Physical/mental training.. so u know whats dangerous and what is not.. for yourself!!
So manymovements STFU and start training urself PROPPERLY!!
If you looked at my profile you would realise i was jokin, it was supposed to be ironical and quote a few lines from a highly controversal video in which a man calls Parkour (he pronounced Parker) vandalism. It was a highly received video on the GPK the community in which Zeno and BJ reside in, you dont have to worry about my leval of training either Tigermonk ;)
I was asking because I'm wanting a camera to record my training. Gymnastics, a little tricking and parkour. Camera phones don't have the best quality.
i love watching your videos because you can see the progress you've made throughout the videos, and how much your style has changed , 5/5

does watching videos in high qaulity cost more in downloads or not ?
ParkourKid09 3 years ago
It may cost more if you paid per kb you downloaded.
I only suggest the higher quality for sharper, more detailed video and sound.
