@cavinsoo - No, the car was not waxed prior to the application. You want the paint polished to as perfect as possible and you also want the paint as clean as possible. So no wax or grease films as this will interfere with Opti-Coat bonding. Yes you can wax the car after Opti-Coat BUT the wax will only give you its attributes (wet look) for a week at the most. Reason being is that OC rejects waxes and sealants. Thank You
