Though fifteen minutes is the original, best time, some people unfortunately butt in, and do actually make those extremely long loops, thinking they're "better" than shorter loops just because they're extremely long. Unfortunately, this is not the case, and they just end up embarrassing themselves. Quality/Quantity.
