Problem you say......? Dealer wont fix it because if you read your car manual you will see that TSB is not launch control its an OFF ROAD FEATURE INCASE YOU GET STUCK IN THE MUD OR SO. Let me say it aging TSB ITS NOT LAUNCH CONTROL. Its like an ISC on EVO whitch allows driver change grip setting and for GTR in only off road. IF you performe tarmac launch with TSB on you will brake internals of the transimssion and dealer wont cover it due to inproper application of TSB. GOOD LUCK

Nissan say after a few launches you should drive around normally for abit to cool down the transmission and the awd diff

there is an TSB for the 09' GT-r related to launch control if that is the issue ur having.... bring it to the dealer

Guys problem was solved;
The Visco was stuck, so they had to replace the complete transmission as the VCT is embedded on the transmission.
It took 7 weeks before Nissan decided this wasn't normal.
It is a pitty they tried in the beginning to make me responsable for it, also by watching all my Youtube movies, strange
never experienced this attitude by other car manufactors :S
This is totally not in line by the enthusiasm I (or better all GT-R owners) share.

As long as you didn't use the launch control or whatever that was then your warranty should be good I would think.
