is the raj rake in the background waiting to proceed into NZM or is just a rake being shunted

that rajdhani rake was of SC Rajdhani which was shunted at okhla with it's orignal link i.e. LGD WAP7 #30239.Earlier it seemed as WAP7 will take the rake to NZM but it uncoupled itself from the rake and went to NZM solo..
