  • my storage is empty and i am available to you!!!

  • Sang James You will be Miss R.I.P.

  • Coldest runs I've ever heard. Wish he was still here

  • James Moore is the ultimate inspiration. Even in sickness never stopped singing, and worshipping the lord Jesus. Amen.

  • This is my favorite vocalist period! Rev. James Moore did things with his voice that can and will never be replicated by any other artist!

  • @jeter81 THAT IS THEE TRUTH!!!!!!LOL!!!

  • I knew James was ill but I didn't know that he lost his sight. Is that true?

  • Yes. In the mid-1990s, he suffered some kind of disease that caused him to become blind.

  • It was an honor to have played for him that night he will be missed

  • What instrument did you play that night?

  • i was thinking he was ill from complications of diabetes. i'd never heard anything about any cancer

  • everyone is talking he did'nt take care of himself. where was family when he was sick most of us are stubborn but we as christ people should learn from this stop passing judgement and set up a cancer research fund in his name something for the blind . I work in research I really know it make James Moore family feel bad when thay read comments he did'nt take care himself God bless all.

  • I worked with James in buffalo. I will say this. Pepole need to stop saying things like God called him home. Reality is so called black folks are dying because of diet and lack of education. It will continue to happen if people dont educate themselves on diet and other things. No Health-You have Nothing. People Using the God took him home excuse is something to make people feel good. Unfortunately the cycle will continue and more lives will be lost because the real issue is not being dealt with.

  • excuse for interrupting u but the man had colon cancer he was suffering with it god does won't anybody to suffer that matter about the heath or weight problem this man was a gift from god he set him free and he went to heaven so he does have to suffer anymore. so what that makes people feel good god it is good he sent him heaven because james obedient to the lord god can deliver u from anything because god is good.

  • God is good

  • A great, polite and appropriate response woman of GOD.

  • i agree. sometimes it not god, its us not taking our selves. i know people that were very close to james, my pastor is one. they said james was kind stubborn about his health.james even talked about how he wish he would have taking better care of his self.but god will take the stubborn part of us and still get the glory out of it. he was living testimony that blessed alot of people.

  • Reality is that the LORD has the final say on when we make our departure. Truth says it is appointed unto a man once to die then the judgement. I do agree, that all of us especially black folks need to learn from others mistakes and take better care of ourselves. John wrote to Gaius in his 3rd letter that he would be in good health and prosper... Hopefully we will become proactive instead of reactive with our personal health.

  • Amen, it is a wake up call for me.

  • Was he still wth the Mississipi choir when he died?

You're right about that. The early great Rev. James Moore is "the best ever." He was the highest skilled and the highest anointed singer ever.

  • what church is this

  • wow...how can i get this footage!!! james was the man!!!! he was truly my favorite. great upload.

  • Why is he sitting down? Is he blind?

  • Rev. Moore suffered from diabeties and went blind before he passed in 2000.Truly one of Gods greatest gifts to the gospel music industry

  • Oh, that is so sad. It is a blessing when you can remain content in whatever state that you are in (quoting Apostle Paul). Bless the Lord!

  • to misswywy:

"for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content." (Philippians 4:11) That is the scripture you were referring to.

  • but my family kno him. he in fact went blind but da only way he can see if yu were really close 2 him. many do not kno he had som type of cancer in da early 90's

  • colon cancer

  • If any of you have the video, please post video of Rev. James Moore in the play "Why Good Girls Like Bad Boys."

  • ive been wanting see that!

  • to Blackkx:

The play "Why Good Girls Like Bad Boys" (starring Rev. James Moore) was GREAT. Every singer in the play was highly skilled. Near the end of the play James Moore comes out and TEARS IT UP!!! They had to bring James Moore in near the end because he tears it down.

  • I PLAYED FOR HIM WHEN hE CAME TO lOUISVILLE AND HE SPOKE INTO MY LIFE AND IT CAME TO PASS!!!

  • to Pearlman3370:
