It's always so interesting seeing a Amtrak train running down the middle of a busy road. You can almost use the train as your alarm clock when all else fails.
I actually live near the H-line, which diverges off of the Washington-Atlanta mainline in downtown Greensboro at the elm street crossing and then the H-line continues to durham, raleigh/cary, selma and then down to morehead city. also, i live in the ex-NSRY mainline in fuquay-varina, which is lightly used, unlike the H-line lol.
born and raised in norcal, i remember those trains lol. This 1st amtrak california train horn sounds like a nathan P135R24, which is very common to hear on NS trains in NC and yes, I live in NS territory

at least when amtrak went with a P horn they got a nice P5 instead of a crappy P2 like metrolink
