There's only one thing that catches my eye and that's the part of the warning that states "You have videos that contain content that may contain content that is owned by someone else."
From what I've seen, this is the primary cause of ban-hammer swinging :). Your video for all intents and purposes is completely rated PG. I'm not sure what the purpose of the video is other than to enjoy the song but that's just me :)
WierdDane is right. Somebody flagged you because you look like Theresa Russell and they don't. YT is a runaway train. I read that just over 30 people work for YT with 1000s of vids uploaded every day. So they have no way of checking any content. That way it's the haters and the flaggers that control YT.

No, it was taken down due to "inappropriate content". The song / copyright issue didn't enter the picture. (Canadian artists usually aren't on You Tubes copyright infringement list.) At least they weren't at the time. The video was up for 2 years before someone flagged it.
I did create a new channel and uploaded it again. This time, it was banned immediately for copyright infringement. I guess YT caught up to speed. Canadian Music is worth infringing upon. LOL! We must be punished!

Youtube (as a business) sucks. The community is what makes this site worthwhile. Since it's an American company, it's sexually repressed just like the people it would like to appeal to. Acts of violence (simulated or real) are all fine and dandy, but a beautiful woman showing her gams is more than they can handle. God, I love this country!
