  • lol.. toys r us starter kit?

  • Dude no offense but if i jacked that bag the only thing i wid take is ur fone and ipod thats it ur stuff is weak

  • @aznassasin13 Maybe so, but atleast I don't need to steal my shit and can afford to buy it....

  • I just wanted to say that I saw this review on Amazon and it was VERY helpful. You did an excellent job of showing exactly what I needed to know. Thank you for a great product review.

  • Great equipment and video! Subscribed!

  • Make an update video of your gear

  • Thumbs up if you are 13 and love cameras.

  • we have the same last name!!!

  • Don't care too much about what other people say, keep doing what you're doing man!

  • could you make an update version of this?

  • @Nikkor200mm Your comment... it sucks. noob.

  • Judging from your flickr account your shots are great. Good job boy.

  • Sell your other cameras to invest in lenses

  • @TheSupasimon I actually have sold much of my old gear and have purchased many new pieces of gear since the time of this video! If thought of making an updated video, but not sure if anybody would be interested.

  • @iTalkTech Yah you should

  • @iTalkTech new video

  • keep up good work :)

  • @JustEnjoiSkating Thanks!

  • The second I heard the word Targus, I stopped watching.

Buy some big boy gear before you embarass yourself any further.

  • @c7589 lmfao

  • @c7589 I'd hate to burst you bubble but the gear doesn't make the photo, the photographer makes the photo. I'm sorry if that's not something you believe to be true, but I'm sorry I'm not old enough to have a job that can let me drop $5k on professional gear. The gear I have now is more than adequate for my photos, which have been featured in galleries, local magazines, and won multiple contests. Id love to see what gear you use, and I'd love to see where your photos have been published and sold.

  • @iTalkTech But the right lenses are a perfect help for alot of shots

  • @iTalkTech tell em! and i would love to watch your update :-). and its better to start small and learn from then on.

  • Wow, with such a crappy set up, your pictures turned out very good! Better than mine even, I guess I have a lot more to learn.

  • @sofarsogood9 I wouldn't say it's crappy, it's just not that of a professional or person with a good amount of income.

  • grey/silver bodies = shit.

  • @MadmanDKDK I agree, but the body wasn't bought by me so I can't complain. Plus, I'm upgrading bodies soon anyways.

  • @MadmanDKDK so if canon bought out a 1d mark 5 with a grey/silver body it would be shit

  • @hikinguphigh

    Yes.

  • Who bought that stuff for you

  • @markdtech The body was my dad's, passed down to me, and the lenses and accessories were bought by me.

  • is the bag dep enough to hold an SLR with a battery grip on it?

  • @ncrailfan Yes. Mine has one on and it fits fine.

  • @iTalkTech ok cool, thanks.

  • TIENES TALENTO FELICIDADES!!!

BUENAS FOTOS Y NO ES NESESARIA UNA 5D,7D,D3S,

EL TALENTO ESTA EN LOS OJOS

  • @msLouis11 ¡Gracias! (Yo tengo la clase de uno espanol)

I also agree. The camera doesn't make the photo, the eye does!

  • Great video! canon all the way.

  • My friend lent me his Nikon d300 because he wanted to see how good my Nikon D90 performed.

    I've got a nikon d90 & nikon d80 + pentax K1000 35mm film with a 35mm lens, I've got four lenes: Nikon 50mm f/1.8 + Nikon 105mm f/2.8 VR micro + sigma 18 - 200mm f/4-5.6 and a sigma 50-500mm (dont remember the f-stops).

I'm 15 and Im an aussie.

  • Great video man nice gear you have. I got my rebel xsi with the 75-300mm lens and the 18-55mm as well. I also shoot film i have my trusty Miniolta x700 with 3 lenses 50mm, 28mm and my Rokkor 200mm. Oh lol and I forgot my Vivitar 360px flash that also works on my XSI lol. Added you as a contact on Flickr and seeing your 50mm pics makes me want to get one for me XSI great video again man!!!

  • @MrRgoyer Wow! Thanks! I really love the 50mm! If you have the $100, I strongly recommend it!

  • I have the same shorts. Right on man!

  • Thanks for the information about a bag!

I needed the camera bag for my Leica R6 with Summicron-R 35mm and 90mm as well as for new DSLR which will be Nikon D7000 or D300S/Canon 60D or 7D or even 1DS Mark II.

I was so confused about what bag to get and you really helped me!

It is also nice to see guys around my age who are passionate about photography!

    I am 14.

    Thanks!

@By the way, does this bag holds against light rain since my Leica camera and Lenses have no protection at moisture or etc!

  • @Kiankim96 Thanks for the comment! It's cool to meet people my age, but man are you lucky to have such great gear like a Leica and 7D! As far as I can tell, this bag will do a good job against light rains or moisture. If you want, I keep a small trash bag (like the white kind you put in bathrooms) in my bag that if it ever rains to hard, I can just slip the trash bag over the camera bag. Simple DIY rain cover... ;) Do you have a Flickr?

  • @iTalkTech

    No I don't.

But I will get one soon!

    Acualy I didn't buy 7D yet. I am still considering between 7D and D7000.

You're XTI is very good and also good enough for me but I want weather sealing and bigger body.

I just checked your Flickr and your photos are very nice!

I mostly use SLR-like Parasonic FZ-30 (It fools 99% of people except for pros LOL) which is aright but the ISO is between 80~400(!) and noise at iso 200 is just... bad even when shooting outdoors on sunny day!

  • @Kiankim96

    I just got Flickr account!

    my screen name is Kiankim9609

  • @Kiankim96 Awesome! Be sure to add me as a contact (flickr[.]com/brandongoldman)

  • @iTalkTech

I did an hour ago LOL

  • @Kiankim96 your 14 and your might be getting a canon 1ds mark II? that's crazy, i'm your age and i have a t2i

  • @macbookpro57 I don't think he was being serious about that, but idk.

  • @macbookpro57

If you look around, they are around the same price as Canon 7D which I choose to buy in March (probably).

T2I is more than good enough for me by far but I kept using Leica R film for 2 years now so I can't stand any plastic feeling on camera and lens unfortunally -_- so I have to spend almost twice the $ for better build quility but with same pic quility.

    IT SUCKS really bad!!!!!!!!!!

  • @macbookpro57

And because many people in my family have or had career in photography and when I asked my uncle who is currently emplyed in photo joullism for 30 years, told me 1D/1DS series will last much longer and have better IQ, noise and bigger viewfinder since they have APS-H or Full Frame which I need for MF lenses. He seroisly have several Contax, Leica, Canon, Pentax, Nikon, etc whcih in total is 500 bodies -.- And he told me that since I have big hand so Rebel woudn't work for me-_-

  • @macbookpro57

But I will probaly go with 7D since they're much newer and bigger LCD and I don't have money for 5DII

But thing is, I am not going to go with any Canon AF lenses and keep using my 35mm and 90mm Leica Summicrons-Rs that's why I am spending bit more in bodies unlike iTalkTech who have 55-250mm, 75-300mm, and EF 50MM 1.8, 18-55mm, 28-80mm and fantastic Contarex gears.

I am just spending money on body than buying Canon Lenses which I don't quite like compared to Leica lenses

  • @Kiankim96 I would agree, but the 60D also offers great build, though it lacks any weather sealing. It's a much cheaper option, which is why I plan to upgrade my gear to the 60D (or even a used 7D) later this year. As for now, I enjoy focusing on the mechanics of taking the shots, rather than worrying about which gear I use ;)

  • @iTalkTech

    That's great!

I actually went to bestbuy yesterday to see 60D, but I don't like flippy screen thing and loss of joystick from 50D. I don't really care about what gear I use as well but I just want to use lthe body ong as possible and that's why I can't go with Rebels. I want more maunel control over auto ^^

BTW, do you have any Video coming soon?

I would love to see comparson your Canon 50mm, Oly 50mm, and Contarx 50mm.! :)

  • Hi, can you arrange the inside compartments?, and do you think a Canon 50D + 100-400 Lens will fit perfect, thanks for your review

  • @dacmone Yes. The dividers are removable, movable, and replaceable. I'm sure your gear would fit fine. The center groove should fit the 100-400L well, so you shouldn't have a problem. As long as the lens is not any longer than 14.5", it can fit.

  • Thinking of getting this bag, so found your vid useful! Tell me one thing tho pls, is the bag waterproof? I'm sure it must be but I'm just checking?! Thanks

  • @Redz2012 No. Most bags are not waterproof (as in taking it in a body of water like an ocean...) but I can say that the bag with hold up against rain. If you want, I keep a small trash bag (the white kind) in the pocket in case it ever is raining to hard. You just slip the bag over and you have a cheap DIY weather shield.

  • @iTalkTech Cheers mate...keep up the good work!

  • with these rich kids on youtube I Have to work really hard and save up for a year to get my camera and you have an ipod and an iphone?

  • @thekoolaidhunter I work very hard to buy all of my things. The camera is shared with my father, but the lenses were bought by me. Everything else I pay for.

  • @iTalkTech ya and how much do your parents give give you! :)

  • @thekoolaidhunter Nothing. Besides holidays and birthday, I earn my own money umpiring in the local little league.

  • @thekoolaidhunter If you have to save for a year to afford a camera you have a lousy job. If you work hard, saving is no problem.

  • @philj212 I can't get an actual job I'm 14 dumb shit

  • @thekoolaidhunter oh sorry, i should totally have known that. and ps. being 14 doesnt mean that you job doesnt suck, so my statement still applies. ;D

  • @philj212 how can my job suck if it's non-existant?Are you a retard,do you have somthing mentaly wrong with you?

  • @thekoolaidhunter haha ur so cute when ur angry :)

  • @philj212 WTF is wrong with you are you a pedo or something?

  • what manfrotto tripod are u using?

  • @TechMatt7 Manfrotto 7302YB M-Y

  • how old are you? jeez whats up these day kids having professional photographer equipment lol nvm your video was awesome btw im 13 and i only have a canon rebel XS (1000D) and a 75-300mm lens and an et-60 lens hood and thats pretty much it

  • @IxdokuxI I am 14... and I do consider this a borderline hobby. I take pictures leisurely, but I have done professional gigs before (plays, recitals, even a wedding!)

  • Haha you'rent spoiled xD

  • How do i keep or protect my camera from getting fungus or damage? Can i use those Crumpler photography bags for storage?

  • @fireblade1247 The best way is to try to keep out moisture. This can be done in any brand or bag model. I recommend using those packets of silica gel.

  • @iTalkTech Pelican and others sell "rechargeable" desiccant packs. I shoot a lot of surfing and no matter how careful you are, moisture is always an issue. These rechargeable packs are great. I keep 2 in each of by bags, every week I through them all in the oven for a few hours and they are good to go.

  • nice camera backpack! its a good thing amazon did not boast their logo branding in front XD

almost like the lowepro phototrekker for only $32, now im convince to get one this october for my U.S. Vacation :)

  • @homey69 Thanks for watching! As for the bag, I can't stop recommending it. It's such a nice, inexpensive alternative that does not lack quality or security. Its big enough for a bunch of gear (two bodies, five lenses, etc) [great for a long vacation!] but small enough to be lightweight, and compact for a car ride or plane.

  • @iTalkTech

ya, i dont really need a big bag cuz i dont want to load up all my gears. that would be very heavy and stressfull to carry all out.

im almost set for the Thinktank shapeshifter backpack, the problem is its $350 ( T__T) but for me its the almost the perfect backpack

  • @homey69 Agreed. I'm not super tall, but the bag fits nicely on my back. The padding is wonderful, and they give you a nice stomach clip to help with the support.

  • Nice organization on the bag - great video. Canon FTW!

  • cool video but.. i just think the silver looks terrible..just my opinion

  • @TotalBizcut Agreed :) But I didn't buy the body. I am lucky enough to use it.

  • Great video and sweet cameras! :)

  • seems like you own a lit of things from amazon!

  • @Anicstereo Agreed. I am in the market for an IS telephoto and a nice walk around.

  • Cool. I might do a Whats In My Camera Bag video sometime soon. My bag has my EOS 30D, my EOS 5D MkII and my Powershot SX20is in it. As well as my EFS 18-55mm 1.8 lens, my EFS wide angle zoom 10mm - 22mm lens and my Canon EF zoom 28mm - 300mm lens.

I'm buying my first Nikon next week, to see what they're like - I've always been a canon though.

  • @BenWmsOnline Thanks for the comment! Nice gear! Would love to see the video responses.

  • Great Vid! :)
