Once again..these are nothing more than agents for profit who blindly follow the orders of the prison industrial complex. Rest assured bounty hunters..you will be met with a barrage of AK47 fire like you have NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE if I ever find myself in a situation where you lawless cowboys come looking for me!!!
I am a Alabama bailbondsman, and have been for 11 years. This is the biggest joke I've ever seen! You pull that crap here and you'll be in cuffs yourself. We have a company here in our county named Eagle bonding, they are a bunch of wanna be cops, just like these jokes in the video!! Wish they would come to my house acting that way, there wouldn't be anything left but bad memories of them!!
@bamamudbug Actually CT has some of the toughest BEA laws around and put you through hell to obtain your license there. They put you through the same back ground checks as a LEO there. Criminal History, Credit, Driving Record checks plus a mandatory training program and continuing education for renewal of BEA licenses. They even regulate your clothing; badges and ID’s.
@bamamudbug From what I can tell these guys seemed to have followed the law to the letter here for the most part. Though in CT; if you breach a door, you had better come out of that location with your fugitive! I have been a BEA for 20 years now and I have seen all types come and go all across the nation. I have personally made close to 2,000 apprehensions spanning 38 states plus D.C. & Puerto Rico.
@bamamudbug So far this has been one of my busiest years ever with over 100 apprehensions and we are only starting the 2nd quarter of the year. The absconders I’m chasing as of late are wanted for more and more violent crimes. Just last week I took 3 off the streets that FTA’d on gang shooting related charges!
@bamamudbug hey buddy just because shit runs downstream in your state doesetn mean its gonna flow the same way in others. stfu and keep it in your state.
These guys are so hopped up, I think one of them was pounding his chest and kissing his biceps. I thought bounty hunters had to do some detective work too? They're just running around shoving their weapon in peoples faces acting like the biggest badass known to man. Not that that isn't fun but I thought there was more to it. I just crossed this off my list of possible carreers.
@imagineaboringlife Very seldom do criminals skip bail and then stay at home. Bail work has alot of to with tracking, also. It is not Law Enforcement, and everybody behaves differently.
Hey buddy, I'm a bounty hunter from Denver, not too long in business but long enough to tell you that you're absolutely right, those guys are U.S. Marshals wannabes-nothing more!
There's alot more too it, alot of investigative work and in general it is a very interesting work.
The secret in this business is to get hooked up with the right people, people that are long time in the business and know a thing or too, not clowns like those in this video clip.
I have been a bail enforcement agent for three years and have captured hundreds of fugitives, i have seen it all and been thru it all in a short period of time. its carzy out there. This line of work is not for everyone. Any individual who wants to become a bail enforcement agent has to know what they are getting into. its better to find out from a BEA agent with experience. I am here to give support for BEA. To all BEA agents out there be carefull and god bless you all.
The only bounty hunters and "repo men" I've ever encountered were folks that would not be welcome in any polite society. I've had to show one of each that they were not welcome on my property and that I was well prepared to defend myself. In neither case was I the person they were looking for, but they decided that they could call me a liar and get up in my face. In one of the instances, the individual retrieved a baseball bat from his vehicle to intimidate me. Didn't work.
I have yet to encounter either a bounty hunter or "repo man" who is much more than human garbage. I've never been in trouble with the law and my bills are paid, yet I've been confronted by several of each of these human vultures looking for other people. When I told them I did not know the person they were looking for, I got called a liar and was threatened. You do not come on my property and try to intimidate me or threaten me.
reputable school for this stuff that you have checked out. There are several in the country, many in California. Ironically one of the biggest fugitive recovery schools is in Illinois which doesnt have the bail system and doesnt allow recovery agents to enter the state to apprehend a fugitive. Good schoo though.
what happens if you enter a family house looking for someone and the other family member has no idea whats going on and shoots you? i mean doing this type of work must be more dangerous then being a cop, it looks like a thrill but a lot of people can get agressive if they realize your not cops
I operate a team in Idaho and we do not break doors or windows even though the laws allow to do so. Some states have a castle doctrine type laws for home owners to protect themselves with deadly force as Idaho does. The best way is notify the police dispatch and ask for assistance and surround the property with at least 4 agents and wait. We have a pow wow and decide who wants to be the entry team. 99% of the time the police officers rock and roll and make the arrest.
Castle doctrine doesn't cover wanted fugitives ...Its for the purpose of not having to abandon your property even though you have the option of flight . There isn't a state in the US that allows deadly force without the threat of extreme bodily harm in defense of yourself or a third party
We cover a room pretty well ...Not likely that anyone in the open would have a chance to attack one of us without being stopped by another member of the team .
Not for nothing but I swear like a sailor on this thing
Thats why, though there laws for use of lethal force are different than for law enforcement officers, they are allowed to use the force continuum up to deadly force to protect themselves. The hard part, which police dont have to face to this extent, is proving that it was self defense. Thats one of the reasons that a good recovery agent will leave the sidearm in the holster as long as possible so he is not charge with menacing or brandishing a weapon. Thats why its good to go to a
I agree.....in the six years of doing this, my weapon left its holster 3 times. Twice when I was clearing a house of well known dealers with 100% weapons possessions and a third when I instructed someone to get out of the closet and let me see his hands, he didn't comply, by the second time of asking to see his hands and he wouldn't comply, I drew my weapon because I didn't know what he doing or if he himself had a weapon.
i think bounty hunters are the greatest of law enforcement criminals never know when a bounty hunter will strike its been a goal of mine to be one any pointers on how to be 1 in maryland
Ive wanted to do it for a long time as well and hopefull wherever I train, I will work on recovery in the Southwestern US. The training can be quite expensive though.

In states using the castle doctrine, your car, hotel room, etc can all be considered residence which you have the right to defend using deadly force.
