How to reset the SuperPad Flytouch 2 Google Android OS 10 inch

my son got one of these we thought it was real until it wouldnt load just stayed on screen saying android....we pressed this combination and tried alkl the other combinations to reset to factory settings and nothing happens still frozen.......think these are scams obviously a fake smartpad £70 wasted :-( will defo by from genuine shop next time worst xmas pressie ever.

I sooooo need some help...i press the three and get the press the required keys screen but as I hold it still boots up.... I downloaded a lock screen application and can't open my tablet maybe cause I have the superpad 3 2.3... did someone tell me please what I'm doing wrong

Another way to the recovery menu:

Press and hold both the “Volume -” and “Home” buttons, then turn on the device.

Keep pressing the “Volume -” and “Home” buttons for about 5 seconds.

Pressing the “Volume +” and “Volume -” buttons will switch between the various options, pressing the “Menu” button will choose the selected option.

This steps works on my SuperPAD Flytouch 2:

- Firmware version: 2.1-update1

- Kernel Version: 2.6.32.9 / jaws_bld@emma # 1

- Build Number: deb-r2.1.1.1480

I Had to press "Home + Menu + Square + Power" To Restore my device and wasn't given a menu only saying recovery please wait a moment it will auto reboot and done and as soon as you see recovery you can stop holding buttons :D i have a disco 10 aswell :D

I have also disco10 android thatI did not know how to reset. It is easy when you know how to perform 3-Finger-Salute, but when don't it is a nightmare!

Power off the tab.

Press and hold POWER, BACK and MENU buttons at the same time.

It should start to boot and go to a black screen that says recovery..

Thanks for this, i wondered how to reboot my pad. I will also say mine is a little different. You hold until you get the press the required keys then i had to let go and press the keys again (power, home and back). if i didn't then it would hang at 1s and do nothing else. I guess it is a difference in our software versions. Worked otherwise. Thanks.

restart. Unfortunately this error came up, ((discovery –firmware extracted wrongly please retry)) I tried it again same problem and now when I try restarting it, it’s stuck on the boot screen and that’s it not even moving from there.

So i followed the instructions steps by step. I bought a micro SD memory card downloaded the firmware and unzipped it to the memory card. It then says to insert the memory into the fly touch and start the machine when finish it will start to vibrate then hold down power button for 8 seconds remove memory card and
