  • The man investigators should be looking at is a man by the name of Wayne Henry Garrison. He killed an 11 year old boy in Tulsa, OK in 1989 then moved to Charlotte, NC in 1991. The commute between goes right through West Memphis, AR. Watch the episode "The Bitemark" on A&E's website under the Cold Case Files (Full Episodes).

    Season 5, Episode 5

  • I failed to mention that he wasn't arrested for the actual murder until 1999. He also killed 2 other children when he was a teenager by strangulation.

  • The town went down hill when bldgs became abandone and more of the criminal element moved into town. Mainly black criminals.

  • Seems to me people talk alot about the WM3 or relatives in regard to the crime. It is the sort of crime I would have thought was perpetuated by sexual predators who had done it before, hence no evidence left at the scene.

  • My money is on Hobbs, their is something not quite right about him, he spooky.

  • Prohibited from kids so they can only watch How to Raise a Street Smart Child.

  • Seeing this video makes me wonder if it might have been some truck driver. A lot of people surrounding this case seem strange to me. I don't know...some people seem to think Hobbs is the perpetrator. ?????? The police videos are often very blurry & can't see facial expressions. If wm3 were in attendance at school that day, then how could they have done this? Rumor this & that...short on facts & evidence. Very frustrating!

  • What is that weird sound?

  • Im sure the gods were plenty happy with these to the t sacrifice !! cant wait till samnain..Im gonna get gangbanged in a sex majick ritual,an the climax a blood harvest !

    hail baal.baphomet an lucifer !! lucifer rizing 666 999 777

  • Yea right dumass a black man did it He alone cut these poor boys up and didnt spill a drop of blood anywhere around the crime scene. YEA RIGHT!!! That freak had it planned out and evey last bit of going to jail and becommming famous from it lok now he is the mosst talked about person if he walks free ILL WALK TO ARKANSAS AND IX THAT!

  • great video, did you happen to see any man holes there on the blue beacon side?

  • My Lord what an embarrassment this case is to our entire legal system. Even if someone had a legitimate question in 1993/1994, it's gone by now -- the case against these guys is crap....nowhere NEAR what any sane person would demanding before we put someone to death and/or imprison them for life. For the love of God... for the integrity of our legal system.... **** FREE THE WM3!!! ****

  • @EsqDave Not an embarrassment at all. I'm proud that we have a legal system that doesn't allow coldblooded killers to walk free just because they didn't leave their DNA behind at the crime scene to be easily found. The WM3 are there because they killed those little boys and you morons that come on here supporting them are sick. The WM3 will NEVER get out. Echols WILL be executed. The upcoming hearing will seal their fate. By a HOBBS hair your hopes hang and by a HOBBS hair it shall fall. GUILTY!

  • @ThirdConfession Thnx for sharing. What a great country we live in that the ignorant and uninformed get to sound off along with the sane.

I once doubted innocence. During the AG election here in AR I took the time to read up - it almost cost McDaniel my vote. Or maybe u know that b/c you're either him or his staff?

It's obvious at this point.... No evidence = No confidence in verdict = Free the WM 3

Check out the blackboard (link in header to video) if you really want to learn & discuss.

  • @FuckBigBrother1964 This guy is the same as GrantLabon, Tvman, Thirdconfession and the new one is Noretrial. Trying sooo hard to convince people of their guilt. Even the experts think they are INNOCENT.

  • @7pretty7 .... yeah, and even the family members of the victims know they're innocent at this point (with the exception of the Moores who say they "don't know").

  • I am starting to get annoyed with @ThirdConfession trying to spread lies and mistruths about the WM3 under every single video relating to the case. He is completely blind to any reason, he cannot accept that he is wrong and therefore cannot be argued with. He creates multiple accounts (NoRetrial) to try and make it look like someone else agrees with him. If he continues this behaviour I will dismantle EVERY SINGLE post he makes on YouTube. I have a lot of time and resources.

  • @ThirdConfession Looks like you're wrong. They're breathing air like free men - and I'm happy they do.

  • Misskelley was puty in thier hands. Out of the three that were convicted he was the easiest one to break. There is no way Damien or Jason would have admitted to the crime. Misskelley implicated himself without even knowing he made himself part of the crime. If you were planning to do something like this would you want him assisting in it. I mean no disrespect to Jessie, but if I planned this out with him as part of it, I would bank on getting caught.

  • @usecaution34 Good point.

  • I'd love to go there and see it all in person. Awesome.

  • Terry Hobbs and David Jacoby.

  • They also had bite marks that didn't match the WM3 either. Read for yourself. THE TRUTH IS THERE. You just have to read it and will wonder why in the world are these guys in Jail? FREE THE 3 !

  • but I will say I was wrong. I have not seen the documentaries in ten years. This case traumatized me and I would have nightmares over it. I have done my research now and I don't think they will ever know for sure who committed the murders. which is a travesty. The cops botched the job from the beginning, destroying evidence and conducting a horrible investigation. Even if the west memphis three did do it. There is no evidence to prove it. As a criminal justice major, I believe in fair trials.

  • and I got the running scenario from Jesse Misskelley. Who I still am not sure why he went to the police station. The cops had not had him as a suspect. He put himself at the scene. Now I do believe his confession should be inadmicable in court but a person has to wonder why he went there in the first place. You can not rule out all suspicion of his confession. Just Saying.

  • His friends told him he would get the reward money.

  • Comment removed

  • You better get your facts straight. They all were tied with shoe laces. They were found under water so how this running thing came into play I don't know. Just some bs the cops came up with and passed it on to Jesse..

  • I just read the autopsy report and all 3 boys had rope burns. Not just one but all 3.

  • if any of you take a good look at the first two films even if they try to say these three are innocent the truth shines through. These three viciously murdered three young boys. There was evidence that the boys were fighting and running for there lives. One person could not have done this. Jesse made a confession. So in light of the justice system maybe there i

  • Burnett turned down a new trial cause he knows in his heart these guys are innocent. Now it goes to a higher court. The REAL truth will be told. That whole bunch was crocked. The police dept was under investigation for corruption and other things. Driver was convicted of coruption and the youth counselor for messing with young kids. And they convicted the 3 ! !

  • @7pretty7 In other parts of the world, you would never have an appeal case go before the same judge over and over.

  • They seriously need a new and fair trial. Esp. in light of the witnesses recanting and the new DNA evidence.

  • if any of you take a good look at the first two films even if they try to say these three are innocent the truth shines through. These three viciously murdered three young boys. There was evidence that the boys were fighting and running for there lives. One person could not have done this. Jesse made a confession. So in light of the justice system maybe there is not enough evidence, these child killers should get a new trial but you are all mistaken if you plead their innocence.

  • Please tell me what was the evidence that the little boys were running and fighting? I think i read that there was only evidence of defensive wounds on one boy. as in where the rope was on his wrist making marks and such. one person could have done this. a person that was an authority figure to the boys. the two boys with stepfathers were used to bad beatings with belts. belt buckle marks were found at autopsy and one step daddy said he "spanked" Chris before he went missing that day

  • if a mean stepdaddy ordered a kid to be still while he tied him like that the kid would do it. not knowing what was to come next. some think that the perp. accidently killed the boy he was beating and the two other boys witnessed it so obviously the man would have to kill the other boys or go to prison for murder. what do you think the nice stepdaddy would choose?

  • We are not talking about Tennessee. This happened in West Memphis Arkansas....peace Pretty

  • the fat ass female cop who responded to the 911 call rolled her fat ass in through the drive thru and ordered food! she didn't go inside or make a report.

  • memphis and west memphis are both disgusting towns. I live only 45 minutes from memphis and make it a point never to go there. the crime is outrageous, a majority of the people are sickening, and the cities are just filthy. nashville is a beautiful city and I hope the filth that ruined memphis and west memphis don't move there and ghetto it up.

  • yeah..memphis isnt what it used to be...maybe in the 1970's it was nice. most if not all cities are ruined now from low life welfare throw away children. the mothers dont know the fathers or the fathers are so bad the kid wished he didnt know him. or mom does crack or meth. it is a sick mess. i have never been well off but they should get rid of welfare. thats the only way the cycle will end.

  • Your a discusting puke

  • that area next to the truckwash was heavily wooded back then. looks like they tore down the whole forest almost and the truckwash.

  • i went out there back in 1997. the landscape was still about the same as it was in 1993. back in the woods on the ditchbank there was a wooden angel with the three boys names written on it. me being the a-hole that i was back then thought about taking it or writing something about echols on it. glad i didnt.

  • I'm about to be over in West Memphis next month (June 2009) and wanted to stop by and look around at the sites. Does anyone know if everything is still there, or has the land been grazed over with houses now? How has the area changed in the last year?

  • Bogangles is now Winners chicken

  • Why was the finger and shoe print found at the crime scene never investigated? How about the bloody man at Bojangles never investigated either? THey basicially went by HEARSAY? There is cause for a NEW TRIAL.

  • I believe it was Hobbs and the dude at Bojangles

  • This is a true Epiphany of corrupt law enforcement in our society.

    "Called the blame game"

Why not pass the buck, on 3 expendable teens.

    Or So They Thought

  • I dont eve nthink that the Mayfair apartments are even occupied now. I think that they were condemmed. Moreover, the Mayfair apartments were subsidized living quarters.

  • i was over by mayfair about i dont know..say 2 weeks ago..and they have replaced every window in the building..so that's why i said that i think they are going to reopen them...

  • I just found out that a local church organization bought the apartments and is fixing them up so that they can become livable again. I am sure that it will be section 8 housing.

  • I meant to hit reply, and hit remove instead....so to the person who asked about my socks...those where burrs and stick-tights. I just threw the socks away rather then try to pick them off.

  • so where was bogangles chicken place where they found the black guy with blood and mud all over him (the guy who really did it).

  • I didn't really try too hard to find that place. My time was limited and I wanted to get into memphis and see some other sights. But I WAS interested in finding it just to see for myself it's distance from the Robin Hood Hills site.

My thinking now on "Mr Bojangles" is that he may well have been a victim of the SAME perp that killed the kids?

  • @topekadiyver2 There is a theory out there, and I tend to lean towards that, is that Mr. Bojangles was actually an accomplice to the crime. Remember the gunshots and splashing water Ryan Clarke heard while searching in the woods (around 9:10pm)? The theory is that when Ryan Clarke heard the splashing around and asked if anyone was there, the "accomplice" panicked and started to run. One of the other killers shot him. They found a "negroid" hair at the crime scene. It seems plausible...

  • @topekadiyver2 yeah i agree

  • the bojangles which is now Mrs. Winners is on Missouri street. It is about a mile or two from where the bodies were discovered.

  • i didnt know that bojangles was mrs. winners now...i thought it was like over on 7th street or something....so i learned something new

  • @brown9708 that really a shame 8 yrs old dam wtf is wrong with our ppl, i cant believe this shit.

    boomcc1

  • @brown9708 RACIST!!

  • @brown9708 1 mile away, a direct route from the crime scene.

  • This was recorded last September or so (2007)

I found the place largely using a GPS unit. There is a new-ish motel right next to it now (A Super-8? Best Western?)

All of the access and frontage roads in west memphis really suck. It seems like you have to get off of the highway and drive along those frontage roads to get to the place.

But theres really not a lot to see. I think the whole area has been scraped clean a couple of time since 1993. But there still seems to be a spooky vibe there.

  • im from west memphis and yes it is pretty retarded how the roads are here but there are other ways to access it....they have bulldozed it down and are planning on putting houses out there....i dont know who in their right mind would want to live on that spot...

  • I agree....I sure as hell wouldnt want to live right there by the highway. Seems like they'd be better of bulldozing the Mayfair apartments and re-building them if real-estate is such a great thing around there.

  • actually the last time i drove by there, they had replaced all the windows in the Mayfair apts. and put a new fence around it....so they're probably about to open them back up...which will make that side of town even worse but thats not my decision...and if you ask me real estate is definately not good around here especially on that side of town...i'd rather live in Canada!!!

  • a church group purchased them for close to a million dollars and they are fixing them up. They will most likely be section 8 housing.

  • I was in west memphis yesterday and was unable to find this place. i found the 2 new beacon truck washes. i guess i will have to try again. how long ago did you record this? Just wondering.

  • if you just go down the service road toward memphis, you cannot miss it.

  • There sure isn't much to do in this town apparently. Someone would have had a lot of time on their hands...if you know what I mean.

  • so nhelms it was cleared to make room for development people are willing to fight to free the west memphis 3 but not remember the west memphis 3 the victims i would not build nothing on the site.

  • The Victims are just as important in this case, as the West Memphis Three are. All 6 were innocent, and all 6 lost their childhoods.

  • @ghostdtx AND YES ,NOW ITS TIME TO LET THEM GO HOME AND GET THE REAL KILLER,YOU HAVE HIS DNA ,GET OFF YOUR ASS ARKANSAS

  • @ghostdtx The victims in this case are the only important people. How can you say that the wm3 are just as important? They are not. They should not even matter because of what they did.

  • @MegaStevie55 there are thousands of people who believe otherwise, and no DNA evidence whatsoever to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the 3 accused had anything to do with the murders.

Many of the murdered children's families are standing by the WM3. because 6 boys lost their lives that day.. 3 literal, and 3 symbollic. the victims and their families obviously are the TRUE victims, but this effected a lot more than 3 kids. RIP.

  • @MegaStevie55 Are you serious? I myself have seen someone wrongly convicted of murder and lost 30 years of there life. But that's not important. Only if it happened to you right? You would say, hey my life isn't important/ If so then you are a fool my friend.

  • @ghostdtx The 3 victims are the only important people in this case. The wm3 dodn't matter at all for what they did.

  • It is always odd, and interesting to see such locations in real-life, compared to what has been shown in various media. I had thought that the ENTIRE RobinHood Hills area would be much bigger, taking up more land. I dont feel it was cleared just to "cover the crime scene".

  • It was cleared to make room for development. I didn't read all the posts, so I don't know who, if anybody, claimed clearing the land was intended to "cover the crime scene." The land owner doesn't like that people visit the area because of what happened there. It's his land. Technically, you are trespassing by entering the area. In that sense, the area was cleared because it was a crime scene, but not to cover anything up.

  • Yup. I made those references because of discussions on other forums where people suggested that the land was cleared "Out of respect" or "To cover something". I dont think either is the case. I didnt see any "no tresspassing" signs, so I felt fairly safe in that regard. BUT if someone had wanted to make a big deal out of it, I could have gotten into trouble. So I didnt stick around to make a day-long picnic out of it.

  • wonderful video!

  • Were you nervous going to that sight? I've been watching the paradise lost movies and kind of want to see it in person myself. I think me and some friends of mine are going to arkansas to watch Michale Graves put on a benefit concert soon and we kind of want to see it. I just dont know how the locals will react to us if they see us going there.

  • I wasn't too nervous. But I didn't really want to have any run-ins with the locals, especially the cops. But I didn't feel to worried about it. The location is pretty desolate on the interstate side, so not much likelyhood of anyone noticing or caring. The other side is residential, barking dogs, and the closest house might get suspicious.

  • Hi, I was wondering if the Blue Beacon truck wash is still there. I remember driving past it numerous times while on the interstate several years ago and being able to see the Blue Beacon from it. Everytime I'm on I-55 now though, I always seem to miss the truck wash, and I wondered if it was still there.

  • Nope it's not there anymore.

  • Also: That last house before the woods is REALLY close to the drain-pipe. THOSE people would have certainly seen or heard something...IF...that had actually been the location the kids where murdered. Which makes me believe that the bodies where carried into the woods from the truck-stop side, or the field. Go there and you'll see what I mean.

  • sorry, I guess I answered my own question about the truck wash.

  • Most of the first half of this video was shot in the parking lot of where the Blue Beacon was. The concrete slab and foundation are still there.

  • You COULD go there, but it won't look the same. As you can see at the end of this clip, the owner of the land recently cleared the entire area.

  • It doesnt look the same as it did in 94. From what I could see (And the video doesnt show very well) it looks like the area has been cleared a couple of times over the years. I didnt see "Old growth" trees, but did see lots of growth. And at the time I was there, there was a bulldozer opperating, looking like it was clearing out an area.

  • I should also add that NOW, seeing the newly filed Habious Corpus claims about "Animal Predation" and thinking about the time-lines, and Hobb's possible involvement...I start wondering about the "Dump site" theory and where the crimes actually happened. Animal predation, but NO mosquito bites!? Its weirder all the time.

  • The only way the animal predation would be believeable,is if they were maybe killed early in the evening on the 5th,left somewhere else, and then brought and dumped in the ditch maybe early in the morning on the 6th.I just don't believe animals would have gotten to them when they were submerged in mud. They are grasping at straws.

  • I can totally believe the animal predation theory. I have gone fishing using a small fish as bait, and had turtles grab the bait and have it torn apart within minutes. But as you indicate, there are still things about the time-line that don't seem to make sense. And the mosquito bites (Lack of) is also odd. We will probably never know, and I doubt that Hobbs is ever going to say anything.

  • There were mosquito bites, and fly larvae.

  • There was no blood along any of the banks, and the areas had reports of having been 'brushed clear' of any debris. This could have been in an attempt to clear the 2ndary deposits of blood, and the animal marks are PROVEN by Dr. Michael Baden.

  • noone pays any attention to that place now...only passerbys and the new people to the town so you shouldn't have any problems with anyone just be careful because it is a pretty bad part of town

  • I guess I can see the point you are trying to make on the video. This is just ONE of the many holes and/or inconsistencies in this case. How Damien, Jason, and Jessie were actually convicted is beyond me. They are innocent, PERIOD.

  • It still dumbfounds me how they where convicted. How ANY jury could buy any of the "evidence" presented to them...much less how ANY prosecutor could go to trial with that kind of approach. "Trial By Media" played a huge part in it. But I think Judge Burnett just circumvented any sense of justice and fair-play. There is a special place in hell for him and those detectives and prosecutors.

  • Whats the deal with the mayfair apartments? Is that where the kids lived?

  • AFAIK, the Mayfair didn't really have anything to do with it. The kids lived in houses in that neighborhood, but I wanted to show how close the Mayfair apts actually ARE to the discovery site. It begs the question of how anyone could NOT have heard the kids being killed; meaning that the kids where killed somewhere else, then dumped in these woods.

  • Are you saying the family tree there is a log?

  • No. Its a petrified stump.

I should have taken more video around that town and neighborhood....man, what a totally depressing trashy place! That town is WAAAAY fucked up! It makes Topeka look like a world-class mecca of growth and prosperity.

  • that neighborhood is a trashy place...its on the bad side of town...run down and old...but on the other side of wm its actually really nice

  • yeah. I am from West Memphis and the area where the kid's bodies were found was a really bad neighborhood. Also, I lived in the same neighborhood as the victims and that area of town has gone to hell.

  • oh yea...my brother in law was the same age as the little boys and used to live right around the corner from them when they lived there...that night that it happened they had been trying to get my brother in law to go bike riding with them..and his parents said no

  • really? What is your brother in laws name? You can email it to me. I may know him. I have discovered that this area is a really small world...

  • The corruption in West memphis must start in the gutter and go all the way through the top echelon of the powers that be there....but they sure dont have very high hopes, expectations or ambitions. The place just made me feel bad. Ill. The whole town that is, not just that little body dump-sight.

  • Further more....how ANYONE for a minute could have thought that that was the actual murder site is beyond me. Granted those cops had never dealt with a crime like that, and where incompetent....Looking at the area and the proximity to other things, and considering the searches the night before, it should have taken less then 30 seconds to deduce that that was only a dump site, and NOT where the murder occured.

  • You are lucky they didn't try to arrest you and scapegoat you for the crime.

  • They would have had to stand in line! I still don't understand whats so difficult about testing the DNA in this case: Everyone in Arkansas has the SAME EXACT DNA!

  • HAHA you shithead Yankee. You're right about West Memphis though. Go to NWA it's a lot nicer. Better be careful the real killer is still out there. I always say a prayer for the lil boys when I HAVE to drive through there. You always make a habit of stopping at murder sites?

  • Yep, its a little hobby of mine: True Crimes and conspiracy theories, and GHOSTS and paranormal things. Also, the WM3 case just really bothers me, and as you said: The REAL killer is still out there!

  • damn right he's still out there and his dang name is John Mark Byers...
