If property is destroyed, It should be corrected through legal property rights law. Ron Paul ant other conservatives do advocate protection of property through the legal system if it is violated. Who cares if people make money by producing a product people voluntarily buy. they give people what they want otherwise they go out of business. If government is the opposite. They reward failure.
