You may already know this but..If you put the voices to Japanese (and English subtitles so you still know what they're saying) he makes different noises when he's fighting. It's a lot better, in my opinion.

1. That weapon was called "Dabilahro"

2. The difference that I can remember are their are new costumes I do believe, and a few more weapons. (Been awhile Since I played this.)

3. The only really advantage is just the weapons if you love more of them. But besides that to me, not really.

4. More stages I don't think so, Costumes their should be. No Problem.

@blytzace that sword it's the "debilaro" or domething like that..u get it on level 5 i think..after you beat alma..then u need to upgrade..the sword this guy is usin it's on its level 3...

ninja gaiden black it has a new difficulty "master ninja",new weapon and new outfits and of course new enemies..

i think black it's better,faster and more challenging.

ninja gaiden black has "missions" which u get after u beat the game..there are 50 to be exact.i know it's too late to answer this.

This is a great game, finished it on very hard the other year, just bought Ninja Gaiden 2 last monday cause I turned 18 a few weeks ago, however, I must say your skills at this game arent very proficient... I could play far more effectively.

@HFRAJK I would say of course you could play better. You were playing this for quite some time and you finished it on Very Hard Mode. I was just playing Normal and I still have not finished this. Play anything long enough and you will get good. I just never reached that far from how much I played. But if you play good then you should do some gameplay footage. I'll definitely check it out.

I still prefer this game over any hack & slash game. Including Devil May Cry and God Of War- all came good but the gameplay just isn't close this game. And for a 2004 game, it probably has been the best. And NG2 are all improvements of this, and though the slicing and dicing is pretty cool in ng2 i kinda like that NG black, sigma and sigma 2 clean up after themselves. It makes the game look crisp.

I just never thought busting out 40-50 bucks for a couple of new enemies, a weapon or two and cutscenes I dont pay that much attention anyway weren't worth it..

@halfboiledmeow just to clarify it for all here, the reason you cant find the music is because this music is from this game itself. so you could try the soundtrack to it but i do not know if that exists or not.. hope i helped

I can say that this is more harder and longer game than Ninja Gaiden 2 or Sigma 1 or 2. Ive played every single of them and i like Black more. :)

I would say this is a very good game. But not as intense as NG2. And this don't have the Y button kill technique. But I think it's very good.

I Agree with you on that. NG2 was a lot more intense then this. Although NGB was a pretty good game. it challenged you more. But NG2 was the best out of this because you had the option to cut your enemy apart. But I think it's very good too.

This is Ninja Gaiden Black. Ninja Gaiden 1 and Ninja Gaiden Black are the same thing. But Black added the hurricane packs, different box art, and I do believe a few other things.
