  • i've been going to the gym alot, swimming laps and doing the elliptical and cycling, and baking in the sauna

  • @7;17You said im going to the fucking gym lol.But on the real.You just need to tone it up exactly like you said. Dont go hard, work your way into a good workout.Its also important that you do not dehidrate during and after your workout.Have fun, enjoy your time at the gym.
