It has great tone its nice and portable its loud and its built solid. I think the NOS has a better sound then the standard BJ

I'm notsureif you are playing out or not if not try a BluesJr they too are great amps and it also depends on what music you are playing neither amp will work for metal

I have had a blues jr for over a year now. It's a GREAT amp. I play it with a BB preamp and a Strat and it sounds really good. I was in a hi-end music shop over the weekend and playing through some nice expensive amps, Divided by 13, Messa Lonestar and 65 amp. When I got home I played my Blues jr NOS and was really happy. Cant compare with those other amps but wasnt too far off either.

I've been wondering if I need a new guitar or new amp. Now that I've seen this video of someone kicking so much ass with basically the same guitar as me (different pups) I'm convinced it's the amp. Anyways, getting a nice tone from a line 6 spider 3 15 watt amp is not easy...

Thanks the Phase 90 really warms up the tone when your duing a lead with only a slight overdrive.

This is a 15W Fender BLues JR nos with a 12 inch speaker the Fender Champ 600 5W and a 10 Inch Speaker. Great amp as well I have video with the Fender champ.

If you have the cash and are a good player buy the American it is built better, however if your not earning a living at it or even playin gout save some cash and buy the mexican and spend more on a good amp. A great amp is worth more than a great guitar
