@darkangel2327 no, neutrophils come from myeloblast differentiation whereas macrophages come from monoblasts, but both myeloblasts and monoblast come from myeloid stem cells.
so its like the grandfather (myeloid stems cells) is the same, but their fathers are different. hope that answered your question.
