I will NEVER consider Abby as the "baby" or the "youngest" member of Team Gibbs. Abby, Ducky, and Gibbs have been together through four NCIS Directors. She preceded Tony's hiring in and knew Tony's predecessor, Stan Burley (from S1's "High Seas") for five years before Burley went Agent Afloat.
