As a compound shooter, I could never understand the "gay" flip at the end of the follow through that is epidemic to recurve enthusiasts. I guess it must add something even if the arrow is long gone.
Compound shooters are taught to hold the shot until after the arrow has reached it's target. This ensures a premature movement by the bow hand.

the girl with the pony tail , great form .
the girls to her right and left should be kicked off the course . they are raising the arrow trajectory above point of aim ( pointing the bow upwards to the sky ) , usually indicating they are using too much draw weight , but it may be just a bad habit . this would get you kicked from my shooting club instantly . you would be allowed back another day , but every infringement gets you a "go home for today " ticket .
Nothing wrong with what the other girls are doing, it's very common, they are only pre - drawing at the high trajectory for a few inches, it helps get their shoulder down as they come to full draw. If they were coming to full draw at that trajectory then coming to point of aim, then that would be a problem. I wouldn't be criticising the two Koreans to her right, as they are the Olympic team gold medallists, and the archer to the extreme right is the current FITA world record holder.
