it's on north ave and humboldt you have to go down a side road and go through a fence, there actually on the dam and im not too sure if you can get down there now cuz the city rebuilt all of it

Just an FYI, fish from the Milwaukee River are loaded with PCB's. and are considerd very toxic. YUCK!!!!!
