Great Video...I have just returned from my first trip to Alaska. We fished here just about every day. The Kenai is the most beautiful place I have ever seen. Everyone who is a Fisherman needs to experience this at least one time.

alaska is old russian land that ekaterina the quine sold to americans for 300 years but  the 300 years did pass for some 40 years ago, america will never giv it back.

Actually this is the Keni river. The Russian River is further upstream from these pictures and empties into the Keni. What makes it deceptive is that the Ferry is called the Russian River Ferry.

Since we're arguing semantics, it's Kenai with an 'A'.

And the ferry is located at the confluence.

try whittier next time, there's a little bay where silvers come in huge groups. You are almost guaranteed your limit if the ocean is calm
