This movie is actually really good. It's a psychological thriller, not just a "monster" or slasher film. It's not rated for a reason - but considering the budget and what they had to start out with (on the documentary that comes w/ it) I was surprised - and although it was horrific - delighted with the ending because you don't see it coming. if you're looking for Freddy Kruger and Pinhead, then you'll be disappointed; if you want Trainspotting meets Wes Craven meets Dressed to Kill, then rent.
