I was also considering making some wine too. They're usually found along the freeway here in Connecticut. The other noticeable feature is their large thorns. I just read an article that stated they have 17 times the anti-oxidant lycopene as a tomato plus they're very high in vitamins A, C, E, flavonoids and essential fatty acids
