When you're on the proper screen with the picture you want, in the aspect ratio you want, simply hit the "PrtSc/SysRq" button on your computer; then, open up Paint Shop or whatever and hit "paste" on an open space or new document. You can then crop the copied image how you like.
Hot. Interesting combination, with such a soul enlightening song.
