Just keep pushing play guys..the tougher exercises get easier as your bodies adapt to them..just do your best and forget the rest..it is very important to drink at least 6 to 8 bottles of water daily ..trust me.....
When I first started p90x plyo kicked my butt and it was probably my least favorite of all the routines. While still difficult, I have found that it may be my favorite as I know results will come from doing it. Plus, I know I don't have to do Ab Ripper X afterward.

Hey...please don't say "I hate Plyo". Focus on the long-term benefits from this workout. I'm doing Taekwondo, and when I started with P90X, I couldn't jump that good - in my view. Now I'm on day 87. With jumping kicks I can almost keep up now with half of the men! I never could do that in 15 yrs before. Further, my calves really got ripped, I have veins there I never noticed before. Try to love ALL the routines. You're only gonna benefit from it. :) Go for it! Marion
Thanks for the words of encouragement Marion. Its kinda like what Tony Horton says, "I hate it but I LOVE it!" Its a love hate thing. I am lucky I got a girl who loves it because it kicks my butt everytime but thats good because once it starts getting easier then I need to push myself harder. So I am not sure if I am ever gonna actually LOVE it. But there is one thing I do love, the RESULTS!!!! Result City with these routines.

Plyo: "The mother of all p90x workouts."

great job getting to day 30. btw, plyo is "X" in P90X so you gotta love, man!
i do a hybrid of P90X and P90X+... if you think plyo is tough, wait til you try Interval X Plus from the P90X+ series!!!
