In addition to your info on the liver/gall bladder cleanse, there is a fabulous book "The Amazing Liver and Gall Bladder Flush" by Andreas Moritz who I believe first made it known and easier to do. I find good preparation makes the stones softer and easier to release. For those who really want to bring their health to another level, he recommends doing the flush every month until there are 2 months with no stones. Now that's a happy liver!!! HEALTHY HAPPY :) :)

I wanted to share that I just did this cleanse. The only thing I modified was using Malic Acid instead of drinking the full amt. of apple juice. I skipped last year but I did another one this year right at the end of a 5 day colon cleanse. I didn't really see any this time, but I didn't really look that hard for them either. my wife got out some beauties though and i got that on video. it's just kind of gross because you see all the other junk that was trapped in the colon.

stones dont always or not at all show up in an ultrasound due to their compostion, do a cleanse, you wont regret it, when you see what comes out, the satisfaction makes it all worth it.

Yes I know of a few people who died of liver problems, it is a serious illness and drinking does Not help.
Everyone I believe ought to be vigilant about their own health and take care of their own body. and as usual the best cure is prevention.
I respect doctors for saving lives but I respect them even more if they have an open mind.

My doc says my liver function isnt so good so I've cut down my drinking but this does interest me but a couple of questions:
When would you recommend that I do the flush. Will i need the day off work?
How long till you're in the clear?
