I've had about 20 skin biopsy procedures - mostly shave biopsy - during mole removals. Most of them took about 10 seconds to do, and were painless.

Just about everyone in my family has had skin cancer at one point or another. This 3D animation on skin biopsies was very interesting to watch!

The first one, I got a mole removed a few days ago and he just took a razor type of device an shaved off the spot of skin containgin the mole

Yep they wont remove it normally if it does not present complications or if it looks cancerious, I had one on my chest they took because it was cacerious looking, and then they took one off my neck because it was right next to my hair line and every time i would go to the barber shop they would cut it by accident even if i told them so the dermatologist took it off
