  • pour moi cette version sans l’énumération des sites nucléaires me convient parfaitement, là, on est directement à l’essentiel et en 2012, cela s'écoute toujours avec plaisir .. et respect

  • They're not the founders of electronic music. Electronic music existed long before Kraftwerk.

Yes, they were geniuses, but not the founders.

  • danke danke!

  • KILL ME NOW

  • German Devo but not even close to as good as Devo.Devo was a band in the early 70's-now so they're first for the plastic hair and robot plastic look.

  • @blitzspeer Not true -- Kraftwerk were at it 8 or 9 years before Devo, and every member of Devo would surely tell you that Kraftwerk were their models and mentors. If not for Kraftwerk, no Devo. . . no Eno. . . no Talking Heads. . .

  • @blitzspeer Devo was founded in 1973. Kraftwerk was founded in 1970.

  • why do they look like manakins?

  • @Blue67impala they try to look as much like some sort of robot as possible. I think its kinda cool!

  • This sucks. It's barely even music. Go listen to Boston and then tell me this is music.

  • @detective166 hahaha...Boston,really??? grow the fuck up!

  • @borjesson29 Their songs actually have meaning and are played by musicians with talent. Not by losers who can't play music so resort to being "eccentric".

  • @borjesson29 Just compare the lineup. Compare Brad Delp to this singer. This guy is shit compared to him. Compare Tom Scholz to the guy playing the melody.

  • Fantastic! This is not just music. It´s art.

  • Hi quolity video. Thank you.

  • "radioactivity, is in the air for you and me"- french would never come up with shit like this. Germans must have build Chernobyl. With the vision for the future.

  • @nauskas There are 40 years ago. In Germany we have now Distance from this. other than all countries arround us. And our "Kraftwerke" are much more saver than the french. I think on Fessenheim!!!

  • NIce video. Interesting infos

  • epischer song

  • amazing!

  • It should be added that Emil Schult also wrote the lyrics for "Das Modell".

  • I'm in a German I class in America. There were some exchange students that came in to give us a presentation on German Culture. When they were done I asked them if they knew who Kraftwerk was. They started talking about power plants and then I said "Well yeah, there's that but do you know the music group?" and they said no. My german teacher was all like "Yeah I know who you're talking about. They're not still playing are they?" and we started chatting about them. Kids these days, am I right?

  • @Tekwerk nice one^^

  • One of the first artist of electronic music !

  • Wow ...where did this come from...I've been a fan for 35 years!

  • Mike Myers in black tights would do a great video of this - Sprockets does Radioactivity. Seriously though this has aged well and I like it more now. Good cruising music after smoking a cannon.

  • @buceintoronto lol, I agree.

  • @HarryBlach yes

  • what year was radioactivity realesed

  • 1975

  • florian - electronic flute??

  • Yeah! Kind of...

  • It's being electronic lepels, which are being played by touch.

  • how did they get like high opera voice in the background

  • There is one thing sure. It's not real opera voice. It's being simulated in a way. I have no clue, how.

  • i think i have worked it out ralf is playing the voice on his keyboard. what keyboard is he using

  • I guess he is using the MiniMoog.

  • They used their Vako Orchestron keyboard on this song. It has real recorded voices, like the more known Mellotron. Look it up in Wikipedia.

  • Thanx!

  • how come florian isnt playing anything????

  • Yes, he does playing. He's holding a stick looking electronic flute. Can't you see his hand moving? :D

  • is this kraftwerk in the studio ????????

  • No. It's Kraftwerk live performance.

  • gut gut
