5.0 open headers

Good ol open header goofing off. I did this when I swapped out my exhaust. Long tubes on a close to stock 5.0 sound pretty good. IMO

Sounds really good man. But Wackywaver.. I'm pretty sure an ls1 in a granny car wouldn't have been bored and stroked(4.125-bore-4.250-strok­e) to 454ci and only make 140 horsepower. You're not 12 are you?

@blade3870 damn. i have a 1985 but im 16, and dont know how to drive, and smashed it into a tree on a wet corner, so i have to sell it. just a bit of cosmetic damage but i put a lot of work into the engine. F303 camshafts, edelbrock performer intake, and a new holley 600 cfm carb. i never took it to the dyno but im guessing it make somewhere around 275 ish hp

the motors they put in those big boats are under powered. I bet your grannys car has only got 140 hp its probably an Ls1 454. As for motor size a small block can easily have the same horsepower as a really good big block, you sound like some punk 12 year old who doesn't know much about the way power is actually formed in a motor. @eggwhiteboy

well alot of cars dont even have a tac. but basicly...if im runnin thru the gears as fast as i can i want to have my eyes as close to the road. By putting a large tac up closer to the window you can see your RPM'S out of your perif. while watching the road.
