Thanks for your kind remarks. I do love my chippewa high shine boots. When I wear them I can hardly concentrate on what people are saying because I just want to look at them on my feet and flex my foot and ankles to make the leather squeek and sparkle in the sun light. Always have a woody in those boots.
@SpitShinedBoots1... Those hi-shines look unbelieveably hot on you with the gloss you have on those bad boys. Awesome to hear the sqeaks you get out of them at the end. Turns me inside out! Love seeing them from the back and how you bring the boots together military style! I have the same pair in the same size, 11EE. Incredible!
Those high shine Chippewa engineer boots do have a hard leather finish but it takes polish very well. I prefer to use the parade gloss Kiwi. It has additional wax which sets up quicker for a harder spit shine gloss. So don't be afraid to spit shine those beauties. They will sparkle in the sun shine!
I just have a quick question. I just got the same boots and want to know. Will regular Kiwi polish achieve the same shine? I have pair of the Chippewa fireman's boots and use Kiwi on them and they glow like black fire, but the Tall Boots? They seem like they're almost patent leather and I don't want to ruin the finish. (PS I left the zipper thingy in the fireman's boots for a unique look. Shines up too! ) Thanks.
Thanks for your comment. I do love my Chippewa's!
