I was raised in a family that never said i love you to each other, my mother never said it to me and i never said it to her but the words of this song would constantly weigh on my mind until finally out of the blue i said it to her and im glad i did, it took years to happen but for a person that sacrificed everything for me it was long overdue. Mother, Father, Sister, Brother or Friend, find the time to say it.

My son passed on the 6th of August at the age of 29, one day after his birthday, August 5th. He was and will always be a wonderfully talented young man sensely murdered. I miss you so much son, part of my soul is gone now and forever. I love you as i always have, always told you, and will always tell you. Love Mom.
@bigveeluv My heart goes out to you, I truly am sorry for your lose. I can't even imagine what you're going through. Back in 2005 my mother went through something similar when I was shot by a so called friend and died on the scene, by the grace of God though I was brought back. I can only say to that, that I wasn't finished getting my life in order so he gave me another chance. The lord brought your son home maybe because he was that good of a person while here. This a great song with a great message. My Mother(R.I.P) played this song when I was young and now that I'm a Father I play it for my kids to teach them not to take people for granted, and that they'll always be there.
