Just beautiful! I got goosebumps listening. I play a little jazz but I'm not even in the same room as you, Victor. Well done, for what it's worth coming from a lesser player.
Thank you Fred, I just wrote my brother that all these "Older Tunes" have great Chordprogressions that are challenging to play, got a little bored playing pop and Rock, give me the richness of Jazz and good fingerpicking tunes, greetings Vic.
Lol! I'm under no illusions Freddy... Even the mice don't come near me these days! I shall be having a Zen look myself soon Victor. My Lady is making remarks about me having a haircut, and she has the clippers close by!
Hi John I'm giving a few youngsters lessons and when I see their fingers moving around the fretboard I might Oil-up my fingers myself,Vic. (But our note-choice is better LOL)
Amazing - You play so relaxed and hit us with so many beautifull melodic lines. I know you like this Basie type background but it appears too busy in contrast to your style. You are a spacious poet. The background is a constrictive Shouter. Thats how I hear it anyway.
Thanks there is certainly a strong point there Andy,I'll be experimenting with other backgrounds that will offer more space to the improvisations,by listening again I agree with you, this worked better with broadway, thanks for your nice positive feedback, greetings Vic.
OK, caught me by surprise, screwing around on my new computer, found your site on you tube extremely impressed. I really enjoy your music, style and arrangements. You play the way I wish I could. Keep on playing, I'll keep an subscribing.
thank you,you exactly pinpoint the reason why I started this whole thing to share, inspire, contact other people.I'm glad that all my work is starting to payback Our whole lifetime we'll be learning, greets Victor.
Hi again Victor. Your playing get's better with every song you digitize. What I'm watching now are your chords and I realize I have to woodshed for a while before I can use what I learn on your channel
A guitar customizer did, in the studio I sometimes need a thin Strat sound for rythm parts and a single coil pickup just sounds better for those purposes than the thickness of a humbucker,so here I've got the best of both worlds, thanks for great commenting Jerry, greetings Victor.
Wow, great solo and tone. Your lines are really clean and sound traditional.

Hey Freddy.. It helps that Victor is a lot younger and more 'Hands-crombie' than us oldsters! Great swing on this though.

AWSOME Victor, man that Epi sounds great, did you buy that with the 3rd pickup or did you modify it yourself?
