  • Wow, great solo and tone. Your lines are really clean and sound traditional.

  • @Dalsia Thank you for nice comment,Vic

  • Vic I just did another " There Will Never Be Another You " Please check it out ..OK???

  • Vic Great playing and cool arrangement !!! : )

  • Thanks Sirone.I appreciate that,greets Vic.

  • Wonderful performance!

You never cease to amaze me with your interpretations of the timeless standards!

  • Thanks AmundLauritzen, I've learned soo much practicing them and keeping this tradition Alive is very important, greets Vic.

  • where did you get the mp3?

  • I loved the chordal stuff and those wonderful lines.

  • Sorry for the late reaction(vacation),thanks for dropping in,glad you enjoyed this version, greets Victor.

  • Just beautiful! I got goosebumps listening. I play a little jazz but I'm not even in the same room as you, Victor. Well done, for what it's worth coming from a lesser player.

  • Thanks Marty, don't matter if you're a lesser player, there are also guys better than me,once we listen, play, practice and improve.Greets Vic.

  • i love this tune, and i love the way you play it.you seem to have that magic that connects with people in your playing

  • Thank you Fred, I just wrote my brother that all these "Older Tunes" have great Chordprogressions that are challenging to play, got a little bored playing pop and Rock, give me the richness of Jazz and good fingerpicking tunes, greetings Vic.

  • Hey Freddy.. It helps that Victor is a lot younger and more 'Hands-crombie' than us oldsters! Great swing on this though.

Nice phrasing and lush tone Victor... John

  • speak for yourself chordwayze,im way better looking than Victor, but he plays way better than me LOL

  • Wait till I come with my "Zen look" completely bald ,with no grey hair ,that will be my new Image, the JazzMonk from Holland,LOL.

  • Lol! I'm under no illusions Freddy... Even the mice don't come near me these days! I shall be having a Zen look myself soon Victor. My Lady is making remarks about me having a haircut, and she has the clippers close by!

  • Hi John I'm giving a few youngsters lessons and when I see their fingers moving around the fretboard I might Oil-up my fingers myself,Vic. (But our note-choice is better LOL)

  • I think I might start this lessons business. if they just pay me in beer I'll be happy..

    Thanks again Victor.

  • Amazing - You play so relaxed and hit us with so many beautifull melodic lines. I know you like this Basie type background but it appears too busy in contrast to your style. You are a spacious poet. The background is a constrictive Shouter. Thats how I hear it anyway.

  • Thanks there is certainly a strong point there Andy,I'll be experimenting with other backgrounds that will offer more space to the improvisations,by listening again I agree with you, this worked better with broadway, thanks for your nice positive feedback, greetings Vic.

  • Hi brother, nice piece of swinging music with "No Finger Resting" cool improvisation, sounds great. Take care and wish you well, John

  • Was Wondering when you were going to do this, great stuff!!!

  • Another great tune Victor and nice Epi!!

  • Nicely played Victor. Cool version.

  • OK, caught me by surprise, screwing around on my new computer, found your site on you tube extremely impressed. I really enjoy your music, style and arrangements. You play the way I wish I could. Keep on playing, I'll keep an subscribing.

    Charles

  • thank you,you exactly pinpoint the reason why I started this whole thing to share, inspire, contact other people.I'm glad that all my work is starting to payback Our whole lifetime we'll be learning, greets Victor.

  • Hi again Victor. Your playing get's better with every song you digitize. What I'm watching now are your chords and I realize I have to woodshed for a while before I can use what I learn on your channel

  • AWSOME Victor, man that Epi sounds great, did you buy that with the 3rd pickup or did you modify it yourself?

  • A guitar customizer did, in the studio I sometimes need a thin Strat sound for rythm parts and a single coil pickup just sounds better for those purposes than the thickness of a humbucker,so here I've got the best of both worlds, thanks for great commenting Jerry, greetings Victor.

  • I really enjoy listening to your clean sound ! regards Domingos

  • Thanks Domingos, have a listen to the other new Tune, Tenor Madness, greets Victor.

  • Victor you make it look easy. Nice man real nice. Thanks for sharing. Russ
