the name of the show is ,,So you think you can dance'' and only ONE of them wins the show.they aren't a team. This reality show is simply amazing and you should whatch it! hope that helps :-) sorry for bad english

i have never watched this show before but it looks really good. I have been watching short clips on youtube, and so far they are my favorite. But what i dont understand is that people keep saying "tommy to win!", "tommy should so win!", arent they a team? isnt it kind of like dancing with the stars were the COUPLE wins? Could someone please kindly explain? :)

@gracelovesyou22 no it's not a team winning thing.There is only one winner,male or female, in the UK and America. The initial pairings are permanent unless a a partner(one of each gender) gets voted off. But for the first 5 weeks your voting for the team. If a team gets voted bottom 2(bottom 3 in america) the dancers perform solos and the judges will decide who leaves. If your partner is gone you will be re-partnered. After it hits top 10 it's every man for himself and voters have supreme rule.

I think the energy is great and the expressions. But the Quickstep technique just isnt there :S they had hardly any body contact when in hold. Also they didnt really move as a whole. Quickstep is known for it's speed and unity between the couple :s if you dont move together then it looks really messy.

But I do think the choreography and lifts were amazing and i really loved their energy and the stamina to do it!

@SunshineHorse2247 the heels look really tall, but in reality she has enough room for her to stand on tiptoe and have the heels not even touch the floor. so charlie did this whole dance on tiptoe. :) pretty impressive.

jeez, give it a rest. your pathetic. the newspaper twists EVERYTHING anybody says, if she would rather have chosen a singing career, im sure she would have entered xfactor. if she 'can't' dance, why the hell did she win? she is technically better than both of the other finalists. Disagree. Charlie isn't technically better than the other two. I even say Charlie is one of the weakest girls in the competition. If you go back to show #1, where they were choosing the people to go through the live shows, she barely got in through the skin of her teeth, the judges even claiming that the other girl was the better dancer.

@oaktree - I am confident that Tommy and the others will have a great career in dancing, but can you imagine how you would feel if you lost a 'dancing' competition to someone who actually wanted to be a pop star instead?

You assume dancing doesn't mean a lot to Charlie based on her wanting to 'have it all'. That's a little narrow minded considering the amount of training that girl has gone through to sing/dance/act at drama school. She's very talented and not all dancers want to 'just dance' This show has potentially given her the oppourtunity to branch out into other forms of entertainment. In no way does that suggest she is any less passionate about dance. Versatility is a blessing not a curse.
