Yeah, it does seem small, but they found a cryptozoologic (is that the right word for mysterious animal?) creature 12" long at the lake, the looked exactly like what a Champ eyewitness said Champ looks like, just smaller. Also...I don't think otters swim on their stomachs (?). Very cool. :)
yea i think this guy wasted his time i'm pretty sure this is a log, and is definitely not champ, although echolocation has been recorded in the lake similar in frequency to a beluga whale or killer, and has been recorded on multiple seperate occations, there is are "champs" out there in the form of a undiscovered fresh water cetacean, findings will be posted on the creature when the study is concluded in 2012.
Watch monster quest on dvd.(you tube res is too low to see it) It appears behind a biologists as she discusses why the lake cant support a colony of these things, Ironicly funny.
none the less it is still better than other videos out there, he probibly had a crappy camra that 'zoomed' in as far as it would go. other website crittics said it 'could' be a baby moose or a dog THAT was no baby moose OR a dog! besides show me a baby moose with NO EARS! or a long bodied dog for that matter!!
looks like a snapping turtle by the angle of the head and the shape of its back. Doesn't seem large ebough to be champ and they say snapping turtles can get to be the size of a large tractor trailer tire. The way it keeps sinking down indicates a turtle also, when feeding they float neer the surface with just the tip of their nose exposed. Definately not champ...had the operator of the camera zoomed in would make identity easier...unless they knew they were full of crap and didn't zoom.
You CAN'T be serious. The "animal" moves with the grace of a submerged human pushing a model along the surface Interesting how the (ahem) head is just big enough to conceal a snorkle.
TO SMALL TO SMALL champ is huge that is small

jeeeze people, you dont have to be 100% right about this, if champ doesnt exist then you have to admit it would be kind of cool if he/she did exist.

Big Ole Snapper out for a quiet morning swim.
There is no size reference to this video. Creature could only be 2 feet long. The "tail" is probably backlit waves cause by the swimming action.
Champy is real. This is not it.
Anyone have that ABC Champ video ?
Now that was the goods !

looks more like a swimming deer or female moose or similar animal. It clearly is not used to swimming and its neck is to short.
