Sorry, but I don't emulate the gamecube, as I own a Wii. I wouldn't know about any gamecube emulators or where to find ROMs, which is illegal anyway...

I guess you could go check out Zophar's Domain, they might have something, but I'm not the guy to ask for help with this stuff.

I opened the entire ROM in Tile Layer Pro and edited the sprite once I found it. Just gotta look closely.

this is super metroid right. cause i'm playing super metroid on snes, and the levels are different.

and what system is it for??

Mod, for SNES. Most people play it on their computer with a Super Nintendo Emulator. If you want to, just google ZSNES or SNES9x

All the hacks freeze at the beginning or somewhere near the intro thing.

then you're patching it wrong. use the headered or unheadered, depending on which one you tried first, or get a different ROM.

Ok so Fraps is not picking up Zsnes :( so I'm kinda bummed that i wont be able to upload a lets play... BUT i did beat the hack :3

I got to say that was a well done hack. Thanks btw for giving so much time for the escape. Took forever to figure out what to do. Very challenging. If i figure out how to get vent 2.9.6 to pick up zsnes ill do a lets play.

Hope you make more hacks like this. You should make a boss battle where you fight 2 bosses at the same time :P That would be intense!

I'm starting to get into lets plays thanks to renufus and i think ima start with this hack. Looks well done. The thing is though Ive never done a rom hack and want to know... whats the difference from Headered and Unheadered?

Headered ROMs just have some useless space at the beginning of the ROM that can mess up pointers and screw op the offsets if you apply an unheadered patch. I included both headered and unheadered; just try each one on a copy of your Super Metroid ROM and see what works. if neither work, find a different language ROM.

SNES Emulator, a Super Metroid ROM (.smc), and an IPS patch utility. Lunar IPS (LIPS) works well. Google them all.

Played a little bit of it just now and I must say you have truely outdone yourself this time, also played a bit of the other boss rushes and they are all really good too, but, Sigma is by far the best. Really nice job with the suits and morph ball sprite too. (yeah, I know you didn't make the sprite, still awesome).

Really sweet video. And it goes to show how versatile the Secret of Mana music is, as well. Gods that music fit so darn well to the gameplay, I almost wanna play a Super Metroid hack that uses the Secret of Mana soundtrack. :p

I've enjoyed test playing it this whole time man. I just want you to know that. I also am interested in seeing what all you've changed since my last beta run.
