Talking of maximum speed chart comparison, it's mentioned in your illustration here and I've read it somewhere else that it's almost impossible to push a Mig to its limit, ans it's avionics cant just take it, and in scenarios like extra fuel tank breaking the sound barrier on a Mig would be impossible. Remember IAFs "Flying Coffins" :). Simplicity of the avionics is also very important, you don't need an "Octopus" to fly a Thunder.

@abdulbarijan Brother, JF-17 is also under perform fighter and Pakistan is improving in block 2. Block 1also struggling with lack of power engine like LCA mk1. The difference is, HAL is showing the report card and Pak hiding the report card. So stop doing shouting and come back to reality.

@abdulbarijan At present plane have above 1 T/W ratio is recognized as real fighter. JF-17 block 1 have below 1 ratio. Rafale have 1.1, Su 30mki have 1.1, MiG-29 have 1.01.
Wing load of JF-17 is below 285Kg/m2
JF-17 have below 1 T/W ratio, so this plane is not able to fly straight vertically up(say 90 degree).
All these are the sign of lack of engine power.

ur false wingloading doesnt impress me one bit son (its 372 Kg/m2 using 24.4m2 wing area and the 9 tonnes loaded weight)

@abdulbarijan In air shows, Planes are perform without weapons, fuel tank with limited internal fuel. Empty plane perform well, Even under trial and incomplete LCA plane looks gorgeous in air shows.

@Jaihindmyindia At least you admitted that Su30mki's performance is not better than JF-17 but equal. Comparably JF17 has very low RCS, 5th generation parts like DSI, AESA for block 2, current radar's capability= F16 block 52 therefore much stealthier, having glass cockpit, helmet mounted system which highly reduces pilot work load, easiest jet to fly & maintain in PAF inventory, LERX, IREST, best jammers, very economical. You can have 5 or 6 JF17s for base price of one non ungraded Su30mki!!!

@Jaihindmyindia Most fighters don't have same 360 turn time. JF17 takes more than 20 sec, Su30mki more than 23, F16 remarkably 17 under Pakistani pilots. Breaking news for you check for J10B, it takes little more than 15 sec by Chinese, under Pakistani hands you can imagine its danger. Apart from JF17, DSI intake is only present in F35. It is a 5th generation upgrade. Also JF17 is very economical. The difference between RCS of Su30 & JF17 is just like the ass of elephant & the ass of calf!!!

Helmet mounted system is even in Upgraded Mig-21nothing new in JF-17.
All planes are designed in plug and play formate, This make easy to maintain, Nothing new in JF-17.
I'm laughing on your thought, $15-20 million plane have superior avionic than $34-100+ Su30mki, rafale etc etc.

JF-17 is a plane which is recognized as "Cheap plane" and international media accepted, JF-17 will capture the MiG-29 market. hahaha. No one is ready to induct JF17 as front line fighter. Only want to increase the quantity and will take the job of patrolling border at peace time.
