  • this fellow sounds American btw most africans at roppongi kosaten have j spouse or permanent resident visas the police told me; they are allowed to walk and talk to passersby but touching is illegal, in reality even the courts cannot order police to open their files, they can break their own laws to convict whomever they want or protect whomever they want, I just finished 6 years in court vs the gov't, been living here 40, used to work with them and they still fucked me!

  • One idiot always ruins it for the rest of us! Shameful!!!

  • he gonna get stab in jail.... lucky yakuza won't let people touch foreigner or else he would of been dead not by the cops by people walking by... respect other people when they haven't done anything to u especially when yur in their country or end up dead... china/thailand u be dead or laying on the street, lucky for U black boi yur in the nice japan country

  • Who cares where he is from, taking a piss in front of a handful police officers is not a cool move. Stupid is what stupid does.

  • May the foreign devil rot in jail. Another typical example of a foreigner in another country (that makes one a foreigner) and trying to behave rudely as if they were in their own country. Travel to another country? Then respect the culture. If you are not willing to do this, then stay home.

  • lol stupid gaijin talking in english to japanese cops.

  • No point explaining a point to the Japanese cops just do as they say and get it over with. I know it might be very annoying but theres nothing you can do about it.

  • J Cops. Incompetent idiots, specialized in checking bicycles.

  • @poltango well, they are more civilised than american cops that only likes to shoot at people unecessary. japanese cops are waaayy better than US cops

  • I would just like to say that the Japanese police can be an extreme nuisance to any foreign visitor. When I lived in Japan for a year I was very well behaved, had a good job, and contributed to the country in a positive manner, which you are supposed to do on a working visa. However, I was stopped by the police and questioned frequently for NO reason. After some time I would become pretty angry but I never lashed out HOWEVER I could see why someone with more of a temper would lash out.

  • We must expatriate all the Baka-Gijins, stupid foreigners, beer-guzzling hooligans, trailer trash and some rednecks who are grossly over-weight from Tokyo to their provincial home States.

  • @toypoodleyokohama

And then the Japanese economy will nosedive but whatever.

  • @NicolaAlexandrovna nosedive?? LoL the vast majority of western expats are over there for fun, they don't have any real jobs besides teaching english (whom which they get paid very generously plus free housing, airfare, etc..)

there only there to pray on japanese girls and live like kings...... most of them are losers in there own country

  • @KoolJayJ

Firstly, I don't understand your use of the word "nosedive" as it does not at all apply to anything I said. And secondly, I didn't work as an English teacher and I am a woman so I didn't pray on Japanese girls. And most English teachers are paid minimum wage, and most certainly don't "live like kings".

  • @NicolaAlexandrovna What did you work as? Im just curous because Im going to be working in Hiroshima on a Visa myself.

  • @thewillfulldreamer

I worked as a translator and interpreter for Japanese / English and Japanese / Russian communications at several large companies. It was interesting :)

  • @NicolaAlexandrovna That sounds pretty cool. I'll most likely either be working for my aunt of as an English teacher. How did they treat foreigners over there?

  • @thewillfulldreamer

Quite well for the most part. I think that the most annoying aspect is the police, mainly because you are supposed to have your papers on you at all times and they can ask you for them without good reason. But I guess as long as you aren't doing anything wrong it's all well and good. It just sucks when you're late for something! Haha. Good luck in your new job, it will be really great, I'm sure.

  • @NicolaAlexandrovna Thanks. Im sure it will be fine. Japan seems like a good country. It may take some getting used to considering Im a pretty patriotic guy. Haha.

  • white people talking shit

  • 2 things Japanese police officers excel at: Giving directions at kobans, and harassing foreigners.

  • GREAT..... Another douche bag making it a little bit harder for Gaijin in Japan.

Hope they put him on the next boat home.

  • Don't assume he's an American. Roppongi is full of Nigerians who earn a living pretending to be Americans in the hip hop clubs and shops.

  • @BillSyracuse

Accent's a deady giveaway. By the way, his rudeness is only making the situation worse.

  • @BillSyracuse that guy is american, you can tell by the accent. nigerians sound differently and the roppongi nigerians can speak basic japanese usually

  • SO gentle policemen, suppose this Gaijin staying in USA, he will be shot by American policeman.

  • Stupid idiot embarrass all of us for the ways he talks to the Japanese cops. Visiting a foreign country? Learn the rules and be polite. They got their laws according to their customs. Follow them! If you disagree, be calm, respectful, cooperate and call the embassy. BUT DON'T EMBARRASS US!

  • so different from the japanese wwII army...

  • You dont fuck with the japanese they will fucken permanantly BAN you from the country for ANYTHING if your a foreinger

  • Cant→can

  • @American Gapes You Sounds like you are Hater. You need to go to your country because Japan cant handle their own affairs. They dont need an instagator like yourself.

  • whats?! sucks japanes police!if there in US,one guy attack him then arrest!!why 15 peopel?sucks,,,japanes police

  • Comment removed

  • @cyacyanocyacyacya they got spare time :)

  • Comment removed

  • fuck the japs police!! they dont listen to the guy!! he was explaining!!

  • dumb americans.

  • Yall dont know what happened and that just gives u haters reason to hate on black man. Because thats police job to hate on black man all around the world.

  • @minachin0728 "Yall dont know what happened and that just gives u haters reason to hate on black "

do you see a rodney king beating here? if this was the US, he would be on the ground getting pummeled. They treated him with no violence and with respect and he pisses on them like a savage. That "i'm black and im a victim" card doesnt play in japan. there is no al sharpton, no NAACP. You act like a animal and you goto jail, regardless of your skin color.

  • If this guy spoke English properly they might have been able to understand him

  • hey, don quijote!

  • There was all this cops because there is nothing happening in roppongi usually

  • I hope he lost his visa. Japan is a peaceful country and does not need garbage like this walking around. If you cant behave get the fuck out.

  • That dude just made a ass out of himself.....But the sad thing is he makes blacks look like that now....I'm black and now because of this When I go to school there this spring I will get weird looks. They should have slapped the ebonics out of him seriously. I hope the folks living in Japan find no hard feelings for us black guys because all of us are not ignorant douchebags like my man there...

  • @LaoNachoCabrera, your video title is misleading. I don't see police brutality or the suspect trying to make a point in a civilized manner. Small world, this man threatened me on the street, in view of two officers, one night when I visited Roppongi last Christmas. He is stupid and violent and he got what he deserved. Hopefully he was deported when they realized he had been working for that shady night club without a visa.

  • what did the guy wanted in the beginning?

  • When i was there from 2003-2005 the cops were very respectful, professional, etc. Black guys were always making a scene for some stupid shit.

  • You know fuck the police, but this is japan very peaceful country. As much as I hate police this is unacceptable behavior. But, still die pigs die!!!! :)

  • People like him should get out Japan and never return, if all you're going to do is cause trouble. You're not welcome.

  • おもろいね、

    10人以上対一人。

  • @radicalteh yeah, because they are scared they are gonna get beat up first lol

  • lol peace out bud. japan won't miss you. I remember my koban experiences....luckily i wasnt an idiot like this homie.

  • Acting like an asshat =/= explaining anything.

  • Oh man, this is so embarrassing. Yet another idiot made american look worse. That black guy was clearly disrespecting the Japanese police or perhaps Japan. Would he done this in the U.S.? I don't think so. Just like the guys filming this said "in the states, they'd have shot him". You are the guest in their country, be polite and respectful.

I am glad that police didn't do anything to him. This shows the quality and high standards of Japanese police.

  • @Sitti2300 i made such an encounter in germany. since im german a black guy with his group arround, told me hes a u.s. seargent. and that i have to obey him. because he is a fucking us soldier... lol and that i dont ever look again at him with my angry face again.

    seriuosly..whats wrong guys..

  • Don't mess around with Japanese police. On the surface they seem quiet but they are really rough as hell.

  • Not only would ALL pigs in the U.S. beat and butcher him merely for talking to them, they would have arrested the people recording it and beaten them to the ground, man or woman.

The pigs here in "the greatest country in the world"(hahaha) are frightened little punks when they aren't with their fellow gangsters.

  • anyone know what does the different color arm bands on the police mean?

  • he mite have don nothing wong,

  • i don't understand the police. should have bash him up

  • his sorry ass would have been tased in the States

  • Comment removed

  • Wow... I've been taught 100% of black people's problems and anger is because of the "white man".

You mean they still act like ignorant, unrestrained, freaking idiots even when they're abroad and set free from their bondage to their white American hatred?

So much for the so called fruits of "civil rights" and "integration"... it seems like things have only gotten worse for them since then.

  • Somebody needs to tell those japanese cops about tasers.

  • This kind of stuff is why Americans are stereotyped in many contries. When you are anywhere you need to have respect for people especially in a country, this makes afraid to go to Japan one day....

  • @TheMaiden140 dont go, pussy

  • Damn.... thats the politest police i' ve ever seen..... because..... if for example, somewhere in US, or Russia, or any other country u decide that u don't want to sit down in a police car... police will take it as a resisting.... and that means u will be beaten up badly, or even brutally... and after that they bring u to police station and beat u up even more....and they won't care what nationality or skin color u are, so stop whining about police in Japan is racist or some $h!t like that...

  • man, its so stupid how he was trying to explain it to the japanese, this isnt america, this is japan! stupidass. stop talking like they should understand english, dumbshit

  • i had this happen me in japan. about ten police surrounded me because they thought i was some american dude that was fighting in the same building as me. hadn't got a clue wat was happening, it was great craic hahah

  • I run the hood

  • What the hell is this guy doing in japan? Did he think it was OK to bring the hood to the Japanese? This is why people hate Americans all over the world, its always just a few arrogant pricks that bring their own bad habits to another country and tarnish the image of Americans everywhere. Most likely the next time these cops see an African American they will remember this guy, it's pretty sad.

  • @macrosspilot "I would like to apologize to the Japanese on behalf of all the gaijin that aren't arrogant for the actions of this man. It was unnacceptable behavior that he was showing which has put me to shame on my own nationality, as well as my own ethnicity. I Really do love Japan, the Japanese, and everything about that country; thus, I would never disrespect anyone there if I would go to Japan. Thank you."

  • @macrosspilot

What makes you think this guy even did anything wrong?? Ever been to Japan before? Police here have a bad habit of harassing foreigners, stopping people for no reason and detaining them. How is he "bringing the hood" to Japan?

  • @xkousetsu As for "Bringing the Hood to japan", I apologize if anyone was offended by that quote; it was not meant to be a scornful remark towards African Americans or people who live in impoverished areas. This man simply behaved in a unacceptable manner and was apprehended due to his belligerence. In any country, raising your voice to a law enforcement official can be viewed as belligerence. It was not that he did anything wrong, but that he handled the situation wrong and made things worse.

  • @macrosspilot

First of all, you don't know why he was apprehended. As for being belligerent, I only see him trying to explain his point. What would you do if Japanese police stopped you for no reason, and all 15 of them started putting their hands on you without any clear explanation? Why did they even need to touch him at all??

  • @xkousetsu I understand your initiative against police injustice in Tokyo, I also aware from watching this video that a certain level of English competency is not present among these police officers which is why the man kept explaining his point over and over again. It sounded like he was robbed or maybe he was ripped off by someone, I'm sure he didn't commit a crime. However, he did commit a crime by urinating at the officer's feet and also by resisting arrest which compromised him even more.

  • I'm not saying the police are right because in most cases they are not fair in their judgement. As a foreigner though, he acts as an ambassador for his country, whether he was equipped to deal with the culture is entirely his business, However it does reflect how people view foreigners in their society. All I am saying is that he could have handled it better if had learned Japanese and studied the culture before coming. I'm not saying he didn't, but it's clearly not present here.

  • @macrosspilot i live in japan right now...(navy) and i assure you the cops are used to drama in roppongi, japanese, nigerian, hispanic, russian.... all kinds of nationalities. Roppongi is the butthole of Tokyo...

  • yea you fucking dumb idiot why the fuck would this shitpile be american @macrosspilot

  • I've lived in the US my whole life and never once met a bad cop, just seen the fucked up ones on youtube. Don't make stupid comments, "If this was America he would have hurp derp hurp" just shut the fuck up already. Unless you've personally been beaten by the police then just stop making shit up you stupid rednecks.

  • too bad he coudn't speak japanese to explain himself... :(

then he just represented black people :( just too bad

  • they are going to beat him back at the station

  • its cause hes black, lol

  • I hate Roppongi. Too many disrespectful Americans who give the rest of us gaikokujin a bad name... But pissing on a cop regardless of what country is priceless!! =D

  • clean-up Roppongi

  • @TheCathars

    You`re right.

    爆弾おとしてもいいくらい、掃除しろ!!!!

  • Around blacks

    never relax....

  • @GerudoUK White people get their asses handed to them in osaka by the police and the local citizens. I love seeing drunk white guys get beat up by japanese local men.

  • @bthegreatb

If they are like that to whites then I dread to think what they are like around blacks.

  • iz that Kruddy?!?! LOL

  • lool wtf this is funny, he exagerated but still he had a point

  • Took 15 to take him down? Umm If there was only 1 japanese cop and they wanted him on the ground he would of been down in a heartbeat. Cops in japanese actually have patience and are disciplined more so than american cops.

  • @scatmanwfm

i lives there and the cops are a state of feebleness in japan

and stop watching movies 1 japanese cop couldn't take his mother down if he wanted too

  • @scatmanwfm You've obviously never met a Japanese police officer

  • Normally I'd condemn this guy for such disgusting behavior, but there's one scenario in which I could understand. Supposedly the police have been singling out foreign-looking people in Roppongi for drug tests and demanding urine samples. If that's what they wanted from this guy, and he said, 'OK, here's your sample right here!', I'd applaud him for standing up to abuse of authority!

But I can't make out much of what's being said, and don't know why so many cops are on him to start. Anyone know?

  • haha, this guy was really acting like an idiot... giving all of the foreigners in japan a bad name.

  • God, he developed an American accent.

  • all africans in roppongi, they love to blend as a american,is true.!! and about the accent, anybody who watch hollywood movies can get that.,also hip hop music,is not rocket sciences

  • lol, omg wtf cnn!?

  • ha sad that the japanese cops need 15 guys to take him in. he wouldve been tasered and teeth pressed to the pavement at 3 minutes ago in america :(

  • LOL, typical black American here. No offence if you are, but still, it's so god damn hilarious!

  • Hope he gets deported.

  • is so brutal, the brother got to take a pi,hahaha..

  • I woulda clap after they got him in the cop car

    "they took my money son"

    "I got to pee"

    only in Japan

  • hey lao are you working, now?? 2 words, say please and thank you,la gordita koreana producciones,hahahaha..

  • What the hell happened here?

  • how long ago was this??? two words... Roppongi Dake!!!

  • @BlkUnk

like 2 days before the new years eve...
