  • That was an amazing opening to one of the best performances i have ever seen. The whole night was great, they vibe from the first minute of this song was just brilliant.

  • Argh.....come on folks in the crowd, Eddie doesn't need your back up vocals. :( His voice always blows me away. Ashame he got drowned out thru part of this, but hey, it still took my breath away.

  • Song doesn't relate to me, but i feel his feelings.

  • I'll Hold The Pain, Release Me.

Two conflicting statements yet true to life. The good and the bad together in a beautiful melancholic poem.

  • UNA OBRA MAESTRA!!

  • so much passion power and freedom in his voice.

  • one of there greatest songs ever. when i play it, i play it fn loud.

  • i remeber this i was the guy that ben harper said "you should be a singer you got some intense chords there man" :)

  • nice to actually see it - I couldn't see anything that day - worst venue!!!

  • The peanut gallery singing down below ruined it

  • Great work mate! I was waiting in a line to get beers near the Victor Richardson gates when Release started up. Great night. Eddie & the boys were faultless and Ben Harper was fuckin' awesome!

  • bloody amazing, brilliant concert. what a way to start of, with Release! Eddie Vedder you are a legend

  • QUE BUEN VIDEO, SONIDO Y QUE BUEN TEMA, UNA DE LAS MEJORES BANDAS QUE EXISTEN...

  • God what happened to music, man....i remember this topping the chart and now its lady gaga and rap....

  • it was fuckin siccck

  • Thankyou, My best friend David Loy passed away on the 26/10/09 . Up until this concert and this song I held a brave front as David was was everything to me. I have been a Pearl Jam fan since I was young and it was this moment that truely realeased me and alowed me to start grieving for my dearest friend. Music is truely a emotive tool and a healing life raft.

  • Great work! I tried leaving to get my camera out of my car, and wasn't allowed to come back in if I did leave. Flew from Canada to see these guys, and I'm glad someone got some 'film' of it :) Thanks!

  • thanks so much for filming. one of the best moments of my life

  • Can someone help me out with this lyric. "I see the birds in the rain". I swear when I was at this concert he's singing "I see the burst in the rain" which actually is a cooler line if thats what it is.

  • I still get a shiver down my back. What a way to start an awesome concert...

  • good work gerrt

  • How I know how it's that feeling of melting inside.

Release is the best song to start any PJ concert.

    Great footage. =)

  • as soon as they started playing release I got such a knot in my throat. absolutely awesome concert, pity it went so quickly

  • good work dude - was such an amazing start to an incredible show. i travelled over from sydney to see this concert and as soon as they started playing it i had tears in my eyes, knowing it was gonna be well worth the trip (and it blew my expectations out of the water). best band in the world right now.
