it's a backrack (or rollbar) with farm utility (tractor) lights mounted on the top. Alot of farmers I know put them on their trucks and install a switch on their dash to turn them on and off. Those lights are fucking bright though def. illegal in the city.

Nah, there really isnt anything wrong with gasser HD trucks. Its just that diesels do everything better. Better fuel economy, better for actual work (towing, hauling), they dont work as hard as a gas motor while doing so, plus they are way more reliable. The only down side to diesel is the extra initial cost, and when something does finally break it is usually a more costly repair.
