  • Tim and Eric Nite Live is pretty much just like this

  • @bobblesworth Well except for the format being Tim and Eric style

  • Watch my Youtube channel LORENZOSHOWLIVE

  • does any one out there like me yet? can I stop this!

  • Mr. Green, I respect you immensely, but please shut up and let the guests get a word in edgewise, yeah? Kthx

  • @korynnleefx Kthnx??? You cunt

  • this is so weird because this is the first interview where i've seen tim and eric out of character it's also the first interview where i've seen tom green out of character

  • anybody else catch tim singing who let the dogs out under his breath?

  • Some of the best comedians of all time.

  • the plum shark is an amazing creature for future references

  • soo if im not mistaken, they get these random ass 'actors' and then put them in this ridiculous shit while the actors thinks theyre being taken seriously...love it

  • not streamed outside USA :(

  • Didnt these guys invent Michaelsoft. They make great weather balloons

  • @snksega yes they did, but they can't remember their dingus passwords!

  • ya blew it...

  • "he's got a turtleneck on"

    "very pretentious"

    hahahaha

  • Thank you to Mr. NixonRichardNixon for putting all this wonderful entertainment within grasp of assholes like us.

  • I miss Glen Humplick...

  • Tim and Eric were on Howard Stern today. Can anyone get a hold of the interview?

  • @JovialEel they only visited the studio after the show was over. they took pictures as if they were being interviewed but it was just a "gag"

  • rip Dun

  • tom green with tim and eric it's like a comedic dream match like seeing ali vs tyson.

  • that's a nice day chart

  • Tim is a fat ass!! That's surprising... He must wear a lot more makeup than I think while shooting.

  • @miroku8386 I think "fat ass" is a little extreme lol...He might be slightly chubby, but not fat.. Tim does all of his own stunts.

  • burrow some props, hehehe canadians

  • "light, dark, fear, prrroogression"

  • dID YA HEAR THAT JOEY??? WIERD AL MUTHA FUCKA WIERD AL!!!!!! FUCK YOUU!!!!. FUCK YOUR FRIENDS!!! AND FUCK YOUR DADS FRIENDS!!!! I WIN!!!. TIM AND ERIC ARE INDEED AWSOME!!!

  • Tom sounds like he's...like...jealous or something

  • aw, richard dunn...

  • I was surprised that Tom never appeared on their show too. I've laughed a lot at Tim and Eric and Tom Goes to the Mayor but those guys really owe a lot to the comedic precedent Tom Green set, and a lot of their stuff is shamelessly similar to his.

  • great job!

  • i heard he likes mudkips and likes to barrel roll

  • tim and eric would look weird or awkward if they weren't next to each other...

  • too bad tom green never showed up in any of the shows. maybe the billion dollar movie?

  • Great Job!

  • didnt this guy fuck a dead moose

  • tom green still sucks

  • I sit down when I pee, there's nothing that crazy 'bout me,

I'm just takin' a whiz, mind your own biz, why's everybody always staring at me.

  • @BobMillahhh my mom tapes my bloody nips

  • that was nothing short of amazing

  • oh hell yes my three favs

  • this is so much more entertaining than the mainstream talk shows, no fucking retarded audience clapping at every shit joke, no celebs talking about their kids, just a naturally funny guy having a chat with 2 other interesting funny guys.

    great tv.

  • Tom talks to much, like hes trying to talk over his guests..its annoying

  • @buttlord123 that is true to some extent. But they are a awesome combo. I'd love to see the HOUR interview Tim and Eric, the hour's interviewer never talks too much.

  • I used think Tom was hilarious but then i saw the jesse james interview and realized that he cant take any fun...He would most certainly not have to pay for the desk and he knew that.. but he acted like an asshole and totally fucked with that guy..he does fucked up things all the time but its ok when he does it...he sooo fucking boring in an unscripted enviroment...plus that jesse james incident is the kind of stuff that show needed to be kept on the air...No more respect for Tom from me........

  • this is the way that minor birds dance!

  • I miss Richard Dunn :(

  • I fucking hate Tom Green.

  • RIP pep pep

  • FUCK MINE WONT LET ME GO PAST 1:20 THIS IS BULLSHIT T&E KICK MAJOR ASS!

  • @angelofdeathsix66 reload dudeshizer, it happens to me all o' the time!

  • they picked an old Beck song intentionally to underscore how irrelevant Tom Green is now

  • @coprographia -- While I WISH that were true, i'm afraid it is not; This is actually a really old show.

  • Comment removed

  • @JeffysPlayhouse There's nothing to say except that I regret dignifying your questions with a response.

  • Love their show, thanks for the upload.

  • Tom green sucks, always did.... Tim and Eric rule

  • He calls Weird Al Yankovic by his first name......Weird. That's why I love these guys.

  • "Neil Hamburger's finger is on the pulse" of what's going on out there. LMFAO!

  • Tom has turned into a prick over the years..I miss the old tom green show..but Tim and Eric are awesome

  • My god, Tom Green is NOT famous. Darnit.

  • Tom green is a tool

  • Good bye Richard Dunn! We will miss you!

  • ha, one of my fav. Beck songs,AND three of my favorite comedians!

  • @potencyofthetide what is the name of the song?

  • Green is such an insincere cocksucker

  • i love tom green and tim and eric. awesome combination!

  • Wait that's a Beck song

  • what i find hilarious, is that tim and eric fans pride themselves in understanding the obscurity in their comedy...dont get me wrong tim and erik are hilarious, and i am a fan myself...but anyone with ill fated comments towards tom green are pretty ignorant to the fact that, tom green is tim and erik before the big booming techno-culture...tim and erik without the internet.

  • ok this guy wants to show us his dog

  • Holy shit, Tom Green still exists?!?! Yaaaay Beck!

  • everybody has their opinions, but I personally LOVE Tom Green. I also LOVE Tim & Eric. this is one of my favorite interviews, you don't always need it to be crazy, sometimes just a simple interview with your favorites is all you need.

I really enjoyed this particular show. 3 of the comedy greats!

  • WHY IS TOM GREEN SOOOO AWKWARD??

  • lol tom green wont shut the fuck up and let tim talk.

  • dude i wanna get high with these three guys

  • Tim and Eric are AMAZING! and Tom Green is awesome!! GREAT JOB Tom Green :) very professional interview.

  • i heard tim got stabbed by someone before

  • i love richard dunn

if everything he does on that show is purposeful, he is a genius on the level of andy kaufmann

  • @bungbung13131

    i totally agree but

i think he is just a confused an inadvertently hilarious old man hahaha

  • I think all of you are forgetting that both Tom and Tim and Eric love awkward moments. Much of both of their comedic styles revel in awkwardness. Just because Tom isn't laughing his ass off doesn't mean he doesn't get it, he's just going with it. He's creating comedy. A Tom Green fan that's not familiar with Tim and Eric could just as easily Say "These Tim and Eric people are a very bad interview," and they would be just as wrong as you people saying Tom Green is a bad host. It's comedy.

  • Nixon, no reason to try to explain. If these Spraynards can't research who theyre checkin out, then let em fry

  • @southrules They can't research, because their ukes fell on their laptop and now they can't get on their sites

  • I know their styles of Comedy really are not that far apart! Id feel that together they would either clash or gel perfectly....I have a habit of writing coments before Ive finished watching the whole clip, so I cant completely coment yet on how this has gone...LOL...but im 4 minutes into it and so far it seems like they are gelling perfectly! If it starts to fall apart by the end I will leave another comment....but if I dont just assume my vote is for them gelling.

  • @NixonRichardNixon plus you can totally tell he's really into what their doing

  • @NixonRichardNixon nicely explained

  • @NixonRichardNixon well put...

  • @NixonRichardNixon In addition: Tim and Eric NEVER act seriously as they do in this interview. It's actually refreshing to see them act as such.

  • @NixonRichardNixon yeah it's kind of bizarre that people don't get that. he would be a terrible interview if he was just sat there pissing himself laughing the whole time

  • @NixonRichardNixon you really dont need to explain it to people. if they dont get it they dont get it. explaining it deteriorates from it.

  • ok if u dont get it dont post and dont be here it is obvious tom gets it

  • Kurt if you dont like it dont be here there is no reason for you to post. Please leave

  • i think you lost sense of humor, i love them, its supposed to be dumb funny

  • I love Tim and Eric as well. Maybe Tom gets it as well. I think its mainly the fact that the 'vibe' (if you will) of Tom Greenes ultra insecure comedic style doesn't mix well with Tim and Eric's shameless, intentionally awkward absurdist style. Thats my opinion. You adolescent Tom Greene groupies out there, don't go throwing a Tom Greene style hypocritical hissy fit on me now. lol.

  • lol.

  • nah youre just a faggot

  • Hmm, that's ironic... I would have considered making immature comments like that when I was younger. Maybe that relates to the maturity level of people like you who find him funny. Guess I have just grown up.

What's also pretty lame about Tom Greene in this video is how he just totally not get the humor of Tim and Eric. Same thing for when he had Bob Odenkirk on.

  • settle down rodney, it's gonna be ok

  • umm?

  • You're an embarrassment to all people named Kurt

  • Wow, some of you guys are really on Tom Greene's d1ck. What's with that?

  • You mean Kurtg

  • wild, nuts, these are things Im interested in..

  • Does anyone think he ruined that Beck song?

  • i really wonder if tom has watched tom goes to the mayor, or awesome show,,,,i think he would like it. i would like to see him be on the show

  • it was fine. just pop on in.

  • it has -6 because at least 6 people disagreed with what he said. Just as they will most likely disagree with what you have said.

  • Why don't you all try barrel rolls before you desu?

  • tom green used to be the crazy one. now he's all straight laced and tim and eric are like the new tom greens of this generation. tom green was my generations tim and eric (back in the 90s) with his public silliness

  • How can three comedians get together and not provoke one laugh?

  • Obviously you're dumb.

  • How can you counter the subject of your own comment without provoking a single laugh?

    Mysterious idiot.

  • Wow midwinter, I bet you meant to reply to another comment, which is now out of view, but youtube works like crap in that regard.

  • there not comedians, all the stuff on tim and eric show is just scripped and the magic is mostly made from the editing.

  • This is olderly.

  • Tim and Eric are the funniest!

  • And no I'm not saying originality itself is all you need.. Tim and Eric have alot of fans... celebs and commonfolk alike. Maybe the movie directed by Will Ferrell and Adam Mckay will turn you to the dark side...

  • movie "produced"

  • ti, and eric fucking rule!!!! tom green is a lame canadian

  • his dong?

  • so angry.

  • It's all I know when I look at Tom Green and Tim and Eric.

  • tim and eric are comic genious.

  • How, anyone can do what they do. Here for example would be a typical sketch for Tim and Eric: They order a pizza, they get the pizza, set it on the table and open it. The camera zooms in at one of their expressions and his eyes widen and then he grabs the pizza and angry rubs it on his face and then they slow-mo it and add some weird noises.

The writers for that show have it made; they just vomit out garbage and make money.

  • Sounds like a pretty good idea for a sketch to me.

  • their humor is different it isnt for everyone the randomness is where the funniness comes from if you dont like it dont watch it

  • Obviously, you've missed a big part of their sketches. Most of their clips involve making fun of how stupid real TV is. For example, the B'OWL commercial or the Spagette hidden camera show.

  • The point of the show is to be so embarrassing that you can't help but laugh.

  • Thats actually a really good explaination and probably why I don't like it.

I just feel embarrassed for them.

I'm not just a random hater either, because I WANT to like the show. Heck, like I said, they occupy 2 timeslots, but for the life of me I can't laugh at their stuff... Though, I will admit the show is a bit funnier to watch with other people.

  • I appreciate how there really is nothing else on the air like them. Nothing really makes me laugh out loud anymore except Tim and Eric, I'm not gonna list reasons why you should like them, I didn't get it at first, and you're right, a lot of it IS childish...but in a different way than most low-brow humor is childish. It's the polar opposite of most comedy out there and that's why I appreciate it.

  • ha that's funny...I love Tim and Eric but I understand some people must really hate their show...sucks for them

  • why are you watching this if you hate them... if you can't imagine this shit as a replacement for "real" tv than ur imagination is too small for anything but "everybody loves raymond" and "friends"

  • Are you saying there is something wrong with Everybody Loves Raymond and Friends? Those were both great shows. In fact, both of those shows actually had good writing and well developed characters. Tim and Eric don't develop anything, they just throw stuff out there and keep fishing them back for laughs. Seriously, how many times are they going to stop frame and repeat the last bit over and over. it's the same garbled shit over and over and you retards gobble it up like it's genius.

  • Everybody Loves Raymond and Friends had cheesy writing that was designed to satisfy the generally square public and not upset anyone. People like Tom Green, Tim and Eric, Andy Kaufman, Neil Hamburger... they are doing interesting things that people aren't necessarily used to yet. They are destroying conventions of the medium. And in my opinion, it's way funnier and a lot more interesting that anything else you'll see on 99% of TV.

  • You can't compare Andy Kaufman to these buffoons! He actually broke the mold and did daring things unlike the clowns in this video.

The truth you don't see is this: Good writing generally isn't meant to upset anyone. Good writing is human and easy to relate to. Esoteric, grotesque and juvenile writing does nothing more than alienate-- it doesn't break ground because the majority doesn't accept it. Tim and Eric will be forgotten and as be as unsubstantial as Doctor Demento.

  • alienation is all part of the experience!!

  • no, but those shows stick to "The Sitcom Formula".. and of course Tim and Eric develop RECURRING characters.... 11 minutes of a sketch variety show doesn't warrant much time though.. watch the carol and mr henderson 3 parter and you'll see some genius.

  • So, haikus, sonnets, cinquains, limericks and the such are all lesser pieces because they adhere to a specific form? Granted, I don't watch the show methodically, however, from the fair chunks I've seen it has reoccurring undeveloped characters. The show follows no form and yet it makes no real leaps and bounds with that. All I see is a juvenile sketch comedy show with flimsy segues. And what disqualifies it as genius is the fact that anyone can recreate what they do; it's nothing brilliant.

  • The funny thing is YOU'RE saying exactly what I'm saying... "ANYONE CAN RECREATE"..tim and eric, a sitcom... anyone can copy someone elses style, but to be original.. ahh.. I love the fact that whenever I watch tim and eric at my house people actually crowd around the tv to watch, whether they think its funny or not. It is what it is, why force it to be funny in your mind? I feel like the experience itself is enough! A very strange, but TRUE look at alot of TV today. It just works.

  • I think Andy Kaufman would enjoy Tim and Eric. Remember, a ton of people hated Andy Kaufman until a few years ago when a movie was made about him. Andy would purposefully upset people too. He wrestled women and preached that they had no brains and should just clean the kitchen and raise the babies. He purposely created awkward situations. It makes perfect sense to compare the two. Tom Green and Neil Hamburger also do the same thing. CB Walker is great too. They do unconventional things.

  • What Andy Kaufman did was real life Trolling. That is truly daring to create a false and hated persona simply for the sake of getting people worked up. Making annoying and obnoxious jokes isn't ballsy, it's not daring and little kids have been doing it since the dawn of time. It takes thought and commitment to stand in front of someone and continually bullshit them into getting angry. While we're on this topic: Jackass outdid just about all of them.

  • you're pretty smart. i like tim and eric awesome show great job, because it's just like late night public broadcasting. i think that is hilarious.

  • @NixonRichardNixon I think Andy Kaufman would not only be a fan, he'd be a guest on the show

  • @NixonRichardNixon Don't forget Sasha Cohen.

  • @Knarf009 Genius doesn't follow a certain set of rules, unlike the English language where vocabulary does and "reoccurring" is often mistaken by idiots such as yourselves for the correct from, "recurring". Since when do sketch comedy shows require developed characters, "reoccurring" or not? Of course, since you're a highly paid television critic I have no argue with your disqualification assertion. Faggggggggggggggggggot

  • @DanimalLawlz Oh, clearly I'm the idiot in contrast to you. I mean you just made an ad hominem argument against me and you hinged it on the fact I confused two similar words-- so clearly I'm the idiot. I'll be a dick too though and point out that "assertion" only relates to positive statements, which I made none of. That's what happens when you play the grammar Nazi game though, you end up looking like a pedantic prick and a moron on top of that. Use a dictionary before you try next time.

  • @Knarf009 You misused ad hominem, which would be to attack a characteristic of you, which I will correctly do now. You're a fucking lowlife who goes around watching videos that you don't even like in an attempt to convince fans the show is juvenile. You're not a television or film critic, your music is fucking horrible (no dictionary needed), and your pretentiousness undermines whatever intelligence you think you have. Go watch Friends, while Tim and Eric fuck your mother's face.

  • @DanimalLawlz You questioned my credibility and dismissed my opinion because I'm not a highly paid critic. That's ad hominem, congratulations on misunderstanding a wikipedia article. Please, just stop embarrassing yourself.

You don't know what ad hominem is, you don't know how to use the word "assertion" and yet you keep trying to sound intelligent by using words and phrases you just don't understand. All you have are insults because you lack the intelligence to speak using anything else.

  • @Knarf009 I know how to use the word assertion. Please show me a rule where you can't cannot call a phrase like "This disqualifies it from being genius" an assertion. Fucking idiot. And you don't have any intelligence, insults, or musical talent, so I have no other way to attempt to help you in life by pointing out how much of a loser you really are. Ad hominem 4eva

  • @DanimalLawlz Faggot calm down, you sound like you're going to cry.

When an "assertion" is not positive then it's a contention. In the context of an argument you have assertions and contentions. Of course you didn't know this because you don't know much of anything. I think I should note this too: I don't need intelligence or musical talent for you to be a hopeless moron. Stop trying to sound intelligence because every time you try you fallen flat on your face. You're an embarrassment.

  • @Knarf009 I do cry when your mother uses too much teeth when I face fuck her, same as you cry when you play your shitty music to young boys in an attempt to fuck them. I really should stop trying to sound "intelligence" and let you do that, and I'll argue that your contention/assertion/you'reauglycunt was invalid because sketch comedy doesn't require developed characters to be genius. And I will contend that you have no life, to spend time watching ten minute videos on shows you dislike. :D

  • @DanimalLawlz ahahahahaha look how mad you are? Oh you're done son, go home and reflect on the poor choices you've made that lead up to this failure.

  • Comment removed

  • @Knarf009 You use "look how mad you are?" as a question, you thought reoccurring was a word, and you wrestle dinosaurs with your "bear" hands, yet I'm stupid? Your mother really should've spent less time sucking cock for money and more time helping you with your homework. Learn how to speak English, and Jesus Christ kill yourself, not for me, but at least for those that will accidentally hear you sing in the future. All the best, you poor, ugly, talentless cunt.

  • @DanimalLawlz

    lol but why u mad?

  • @Knarf009 I just think you should give the show another chance. Has some good bits in it for everyone.

  • "Seriously, how many times are they going to stop frame and repeat the last bit over and over. it's the same garbled shit over and over and you retards gobble it up like it's genius."

How many times in king of queens does the dudes wife make a fat joke? how many times in raymond does he do that damn groan?? How many times do they do an establishing shot of the apartment in friends? you cant say what your saying because EVERYONE does it , cut ups and audio glitches make part of what it is!

  • Yes, real people do repetitive things. I've seen my mom give my dad crap for having extra weight on him lots of times; that kind of repetition is just realism. Also, it's important to keep the setting clear and understood so it's perfectly normally to do shots that establish the setting. Cut ups and all that doesn't serve the plot so it's just meaningless and obnoxiously repetitive.
