This is amazing and honest and heart-felt. I plan to show this video to my health care students in class, and we'll use your comments as a jumping off point in our discussion of health care ethics here in Canada. Although our health care system is different from the American system, we do still have similar issues: the expense of medication, people not taking time to assist patients whose first language is not English, and crowded emergency rooms.
