I watch both parts and they are pretty informative. One thing I think you should cover is how to isolate the upper back and glutes. If you have weak lower traps you will never be able to keep your chest up and if you have weak glutes it will much impossible to to get proper hip extension. Heavy weights your form will completely break down and make this movement more damaging than helpful.

i thought your shins are supposed to touch the bar, and that the bar should not be in front of you?

@wubs23 then it wouldn't be a deadlift! and once you excel to a higher weight, why would you want the bar to hit your shins?!?

@thebodygenesis: okay. i don't know, just look at all the other deadlift videos. they all say it should touch your shin when it's on the floor.
