ha no they are really singing and doin it good but the video is slow...its not in sync at all. Mark wills is really good live, most country singers are.

FOA..it's lip SYNCing..as for your question..No it doesn't because it's just bad video..I was in the room and took the vid..he was singing...I promise..

Video is just out of sync...guy is a great singer, the audio is just out of line with the video

most radio has a delay - if you call a radio station and get on the air live there's a slight difference between what you're saying and it coming through the radio - if the audio is from the radio that'd explain it and what it appears. And Mark doesn't need to lip sync! lol he can sing!
