  • very well done it's about time - use what god gave you - one of the biggest river in africa, I am not sure why they havn't discovered this a long time ago

  • Good job! Ive always wondered why the fresh water from Tana is left to flow into the ocean when people are starving along it.

  • very good job Mr Abbas Gullet ,Kenya Red cross society and the people of Garisa.

Lets now replicate this throughout the country. This is a good break from the boring Ruto politics of Graft.

Vincent Oduor Keep it up we are fed up with politics

  • This is good news.i only wish government policies would be formulated in support of such programmes instead of the military .we are slowly moving form dependency to independent!!way to go....

  • Well done! Good to see Kenyans coming together to overcome their challenges. We decry drought and famine; meanwhile tonnes of earth-rich waters continue to empty into the sea. God has already given us a great, strategic place on His earth and enough resources with which to make it meaningful. Surely, we cannot fail Him…

  • Wish we I could see more of this. Sio debate tuu 24/7.

  • This is what I have been preaching all these years. Ukambani, Garisa, Tana River areas have no reason to drill boreholes!! River Tana and Athi should be maximally exploited to feed the nation and export surplus from these areas. Egypt and Sudan exist sorely because of 1 river. And their populations are by far larger than ours.

  • Maendeleo! Good job Kenya...
