@TheNokie65 Tim has asked me to respond on his behalf ... When they initially asked Tim to work at the reformatory he refused, not wanting to go anywhere near the prison. However, when his son asked him him to do it, he reconsidered. He returned because of this son and Tim's belief that it was important for him tell others "...what can happen when you screw up." Also, as a side note, there is at least one other former inmate of the reformatory who works there.
