I loved this show more than I did robot wars and battlebots. have seasons 2 and 3 taped. I find that Robotica requires more planning and consideration because you build your robot with a set of obstacles in mind as opposed to just building a machine bent purely on destroying other robots.
i anticipated this fight sooo much...two nearly invincible robots.
both powerful with effective flipping weapons. that final head-on collision was the moment of truth...both are thinking "let's see how he handles our famous flipper"..both are good...but panzer's was better....in that short window, he took the gold. great way to end the season and the series
I'd say these were arguably the two best American robots outside the Battlebots arena. And kinda ironic, because who would be the grand finalists of the 2nd RW:EW not long afterwards? That's right...the exact same robots.
