I do know some girlz that go to extreems. I have also noticed that they are mainly the ones that acted 'very' male as that's what they though they should have acted like.
Sometimes communities that were once enjoyed as male are not tollerant of TG people (I stopped playing WoW as a result of that but I still havet my PS3 60GB - yay).
Transitioning is about being true to yourself, whatever that is personally.
You know my car story is way too long for this thread LMAO.
I am pretty sure there are plenty of women into those activities you mentioned. Girls play sports all the time, they don't have professional leagues on TV most of the time except basketball and bowling. There are plenty of women in that play games and that are in the business of gaming. Some people just take things too far, but it is understandable to a point. They feel that if they do the activities they liked as a man, then no one will see them as a woman.
Cool vid, i watch ur stuff tho rarely comment but i wanted to point out that most ppl attempt to conform to social stereotypes because humans as a whole cant process or comprehend that which they have no frame of reference for, ie bending or breaking traditional gender/social roles. Sadly alotta ppl will allow their gender & or social status to define themselves as a human being, but thats humans for ya..gotta have everything in a neat lil box.
Aww, Tre, I'm so glad you finally decided to post on my vid. I couldn't agree more with your assessment. Ha, you made me laugh. Thx for voicing your opinion ^^
Eh BTW ur experience is not unusual for VW..one of my rides is a 98 VW Jetta hooked up for the track. I only take it to the dealer when either I or my local shop cant fix it, But VW dealer is always late returning it..worse still I've caught them burning out & speeding down the street in it..what ya gonna do tho right...?? & nbtw why is VW dealer soooo dam expensive..???
Omg, are you ready for this. I go to pick the car up yesterday, and apparently the tow truck driver was a total ass. He must have let the car down off the flatbed truck poorly because the entire front end was scraped to hell. I was so f'in pissed. The dealership said they'd cover it, but I'm sure it's doomed. Volkswagen charges a crap ton because they can (German engineering and all, lol).
The answer is whining and complaining. If they say its not ready, you ask why not. If they don't have a reason, then you raise your voice a bit and start telling them that they should be keeping to their own self provided time estimates.
If the person wants to disagree with you, its time to move up to the management. Say the same things.
Also, remind them that if it won't be ready, they should be informing you of the change as soon as they know about it. Not when you walk in to get the car.
Heya again 8)

The best I can do for now is take some pictures, as I don't have a video camera or a laptop. I'd be happy to oblige. ^^

You hit the nail on the head.

Oh yeah, car dealers can be a real pain in the ass. If you need your car serviced, you're much better off going somewhere that only does service.
As for being who you really are, I couldn't agree more with you!

Despite the fact that they don't flatter me, it is nice not to have to consider my attire each morning. Hmm, but I wish mine were black. You lucky!

Yup, but they aren't a turbo S, which is what I said I have. The S models came with a different body style, and a handful of other aesthetics.
ParisMaridian 3 years ago
Oh yeah, and the base hp and torque in the S is 30 more than the standard turbo.
