you seem to like Rachmaninoff :-) Try to put more effort in the animation, most of the time e.g. the chracters slide over the ground or snap while moving. Also the movements don't fade out, often the just stop.
And too much camera-flights! Imagine what you could do with a real camera that weighs 15kg, then animate the 3D camera like that and you will see it looks better.
I love the symbolism of her putting the star on top of the tree - but the eyes are a little bit creepy
