I still would recommend the Fractional CO2 laser but mild setting. My protocol for darker skin individuals is as follows: Bleach a month before the procedure with hydroquinone4% cream, then after the procedure with non-HQ bleaching cream x 1 week, then hq 4% once a day and then 2 weeks after procedure start tretinoin cream. You will have 1 week downtime but need to repeat the procedure in 2 months. Dr. Behnam.

i have crater type scarring on both my temples and a few on my cheeks.

i have brown skin and am prone to hyperpigmentation. I also cant afford to miss work. what laser would u recommend?
