  • thank u

  • mbutler1966 is right. First of a driver very rarely dies on circuit. They usually die in hospital or dead on arrival. Only if the death is obvious like decapitation is a driver decleared dead on circuit. With this accident I was listening in to Race Control radio channel on a scanner and heard the kilo code for Dead-Uncertified being used by the CMO. Resus was tried and efforts continued whilst he was medi-vaced to hospital and put on life support. This is more to do with organ transplant

  • @mbutler1966 wrong

  • @mbutler1966 there is no way you are a marshal there. you can't even spell. Everything you wrote is completely inaccurate; not to mention that it is fictitious.

please stop trying to boost your ego by making people on the internet believe stupid stories you make up.

and if you cannot even manage that,

make the facts at least somewhat correct....

    thanks.

  • Race drivers walk away from some colossal & violent crashes (e.g. Kubica at Canada in 2007, Caffi at Monaco in 1991, Kenny Brack at Texas Motor Speedway in 2003 etc.)

...it seems so terribly unfair when something so freakish claims their lives, as happens here. Just terribly, terribly unlucky.

  • @altroval what do you think are the worst 10 fatal wrecks in racing

  • let me tell all of u that it isnt funny in the slightest i was the 1st marshal to henry wen we came to rest and seeing him was the worst thing iv ever seen and dealt with as a uk race marshal and i will never forget what i saw. and will never forget the thank u letter from his father .

  • someone died sick freaks! what is funny about this? nothing.

  • The only way to make this series safe is by removing the F2 button from the keyboard

  • @international153: you are sooo funny -.-

  • This is a hardcore freak accident, he was just at the wrong place at the wrong time, it could have been any of the cars in the pack he was running with. He didnt have any chance at all to aviod it. From what ive seen tom pryce's death was avoidable, he paid the ultimate price because of the dumbass mistake of a saftey crew member.

  • @tsharpmac420 Yes, Jones was the innocent victim of a marshall who was crossing the track with a fire extinguisher.

Unfortunately, the marhsall was crossing the track at a crest that was blind on approach. When Jones hit the marshalle he was struck in the head with the fire extinguisher he was carrying. A terrible, tragic mistake by the marshall.

  • @altroval Oops..mean "Pryce", not "Jones".

  • that is....actually quite a funny accident....anyway im not disrespecting anything,im just sayin its good that he is still recognisable after the crash ,no

  • @replyzy accidents are NOT funny

  • @cefigar Im NOT saying its funny dumbass...look carefully on what im saying dumbass..

  • what a freak accidednt and shit luck. Hopefully it was mercifully quick and painless. poor lad.

  • @AntillRS It's probable he wouldn't have felt a thing.

  • @year2000problem he felt it. he died after they airlifted him to the hospital...

  • @god604 Ahh shit, so not quick at all really. Not being evil here but maybe it would have been better had he died instantly. (thanks for that)

  • @year2000problem i agree, I'd rather die a quick painless death than to suffer a long exasperated death.

  • @god604 tru he literally didnt know what hit him

  • @god604 ...Well wouldn't we all ??????

  • what a freak accidednt and shit luck. Hopefully it was mercifully quick and painless.

  • look people the crash didn't even scratch him! it's the fact that he hit a heavy tyre that got him in the head at 120+ MPH!

    R.I.P Henry Surtees

  • seriously bad qualilty vid

ps i cant spelll and RIP henry

  • RIP, Such a great young driver

  • it doesnt even look that bad....

  • OK... you take a tire in the head at 100+ km/h and we'll see how well your body responds! FUCKIN' IDIOT!!!

  • U ARE STUPID, where did i say it wasnt lethal? where did i say he should be making a big deal out of it or whatever, ALL IM SAYING IS THAT IT DOESNT LOOK BAD, not that it in fact wasnt bad, SO STFU U BLITHERING IDIOT!

  • it was worse than it first looked

  • Rest in Peace Kid

  • How can you say it wasn't bad. A tyre hitting the head at that speed.

  • i read from the newspaper that he died instantly when the tire hit him.

  • so take it he died soon after the crash ??

  • he died few hours after accident in the hospital

  • just like Dale Earnhearth, he didn't die of the crash, but from his Injures
